After making four unsuccessful shoe store visits, I finally found success on my fifth attempt. Upon entering Foot Locker I was immediately greeted by a friendly, upbeat employee that offered her assistants. I told her what I wanted, and she promptly returned with the item. She was friendly, jokey, attentive, and I just really appreciated her high level of professionalism. Her name was Courtney B. and she was a pleasure to interact with. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for her unprofessional/unpleasant coworker. I'm referring to the cashier by the name of Brooklyn J. She had a mean face and a shitty I don't wanna be here attitude to match. I greeted her and got nothing in return. Even after making a $216 shoe purchase I thanked her! and again got nothing in return. No "thanks for coming in", No "thanks for stopping by", No "thank you for your business", just nothing. Hypothetically speaking... If you're miserable, bitter, unsatisfied, or unhappy you should address the underlined problem. Attempt to create a solution. Then handle the matter accordingly to alleviate the problem. Sometimes that's easier said than done. But you owe it to yourself to at least try. What you SHOULDN'T do is bring all of your problems/issues to work and take them out on unsuspecting customers. And if by some miracle Brooklyn her self is reading this review don't worry I won't charge you for this brief therapy session. The first one's free ;)Overall, I actually did enjoy my visit to Footlocker. Because they did have the hard to find Jordan retro 12s that I wanted in stock. And as a bona fide sneaker head that has literally purchased hundreds of shoes thats what matters most at the end of the day. Hence the four stars.

Terrible… a bunch of kids that just stare at you walking in & doesn’t even speak or ask you do you need help with anything. I Came in with my child & husband & they just were standing there like it isn’t their job to assist people. I told them that they need better customer service. Not sure how they were hired with no simple skills 3 workers were there when we walked in and none spoke so I left the store & went upstairs to Journeys where they greeted me & assisted me!

All of these places are the same, they're worse than used care salesmen. You call for a specific shoe, they say they have it, (without actually checking their inventory, and they will hold it for you, you drjve down and "oh there was a problem with the system" or "oh we just sold it". And then after they waste your time and gas money they just give you a "sorry" we'll call somewhere else and have them hold it for you in which the same situation will take place. You're just another inconvenienced stranger in their day that they can send you away after they do their job incorrectly and f*** you over. Hire people with integrity.

I'm coming from Los Angeles California I'm a 42 year hooper who forgot his hooping shoes thanks to his wife lol to make it worst I have a big basketball tournament at jam on it and I was looking for PG 5 shoe size 11 I called a couple of stores and even a Dicks sporting goods and no one took the time to help me out and I mean no one till I accidentally called this footlocker and ELi went out of his way and I mean I told him what happened and he told me not to worry he will make this happened if that's the shoe I needed he will track it down and in less then 5 mins he made it happen, so from the bottom of my heart thanks to him and to that store and his manager for training his guys on what real customer service is all about and the importance of a hooping shoe means
