Bought a few of my Jordan's and other shoes from this particular footlocker location. When you come into a footlocker store you already know what to expect with the salesman telling you what shoes to buy or go with and etc. It's like going shopping for a car and a car salesman is hounding you on what car you need to get and has better features. Even with all that I still like this location it's not that far of a drive from where I live and the area is decent which I like.

Was there Saturday afternoon and these kids working there have a very bad attitude, specially the girl that was ringing people up, she was acting so rude and superior like she owned the damn store..little girl needs a reality check!

Yareny had a bad attitude the whole time she was checking me out if it wasn’t for Zion assisting her I wouldn’t have been able to purchase the shoes. Maybe Zion should help train her because he was more than amazing it’s unfortunate that i had to give the store a 1 star because Zion definitely deserved a 5 star rating .. hopefully this reaches the right people and will HELP YERENY HAVE MORE PATIENCE AND BETTER PEOPLE SKILLS . AS FO ZION KEEP DOING AMAZING !!

After making four unsuccessful shoe store visits, I finally found success on my fifth attempt. Upon entering Foot Locker I was immediately greeted by a friendly, upbeat employee that offered her assistants. I told her what I wanted, and she promptly returned with the item. She was friendly, jokey, attentive, and I just really appreciated her high level of professionalism. Her name was Courtney B. and she was a pleasure to interact with. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for her unprofessional/unpleasant coworker. I'm referring to the cashier by the name of Brooklyn J. She had a mean face and a shitty I don't wanna be here attitude to match. I greeted her and got nothing in return. Even after making a $216 shoe purchase I thanked her! and again got nothing in return. No "thanks for coming in", No "thanks for stopping by", No "thank you for your business", just nothing. Hypothetically speaking... If you're miserable, bitter, unsatisfied, or unhappy you should address the underlined problem. Attempt to create a solution. Then handle the matter accordingly to alleviate the problem. Sometimes that's easier said than done. But you owe it to yourself to at least try. What you SHOULDN'T do is bring all of your problems/issues to work and take them out on unsuspecting customers. And if by some miracle Brooklyn her self is reading this review don't worry I won't charge you for this brief therapy session. The first one's free ;)Overall, I actually did enjoy my visit to Footlocker. Because they did have the hard to find Jordan retro 12s that I wanted in stock. And as a bona fide sneaker head that has literally purchased hundreds of shoes thats what matters most at the end of the day. Hence the four stars.

Horrible customer service, worker acted rude and talked over me and ignored what shoe size I was tryna getDidn’t even take the shoe got from display back where it went so I can try my shoes on they made me hold itGave me wrong shoe size and acted like they got the right oneAnother customer was complaining about the service on the storeOnly one good worker who asked me if I needed help she was so niceLeft because I was not gonna buy anything since some of the workers wanted to act like that so don’t waste your time here

My credit card company called me about possible fraudulent activity for $265.52 as I had two credit cards stolen so I called up foot locker and asked to speak with a manager in regards to possible thieves using my card for fraudulent transactions at the store. I asked the manager to look up the footage on the camera and to call security or call the police and she said she could not do this as I needed to call the police myself. How can you have thieves in the store and the person on the phone calling you to notify you that their credit card is being used fraudulently and then you refuse to do anything about it. The thieves later return to the store again to use the credit card but use another credit card for another fraudulent transaction and the manager did not report thieves to security nor ask the police to come in knowingly that there were thieves in her store using a stolen credit card. Security policies need to be updated at this location and the manager should be fired. The second amount was in the sum of $227.59. If a customer calls up the store and asked to speak with a manager to report fraud and theft the manager should do something about it not not do anything about it. The manager should’ve notified and contacted mall security to detain the thieves who stole the credit cards until the police arrived but instead chose to do nothing. In fact because the thieves knew that the manager did nothing about it the thieves came back a second time using another credit card which was stolen because they knew they could get away with it the first time. Head corporate office should look into this they can reply back to me on how to contact them here via reply

I found my favorite shoes there really good if it really good it's an awesome place to buy shoes and also lose all your money lol
