My roommate's dog chewed a hole in the carpet at the top of the stairs. It was very close to the stair and through the carpet pad. Josh and Jake worked around my school to make it work. They took a piece of carpet from my closet and patch the whole with it. Then the put a patch of a non matching carpet in the closet. Right after being patched the colors didn't match but after carpet cleaners came, I can't even tell where the patch is. They lined up the pattern on the carpet PERFECTLY!

I had a flood in my house last month and some part of the carpet got wet. I had a company to do the reconstruction repair to the house and replace my carpet pad. The company that tried to stretch my carpet didn't do a good job, it was ripped and they tried to fix it but the company made a hole. In another room there was a gap where the tile and the entrance of the carpet meet. Josh noticed there was a small hole that I didn't realized. He said it may be by using the kick stretch equipment. Josh took some carpet from my closet to use to repair both areas. I had Josh to replace with his piece of carpet to seamed the closet area. The spare carpet that he used was closely match to my existing carpet. Josh and son did an EXCELLENT job. The price was reasonable and quality was Flawless. I highly recommend Flawless Carpet Repair for any repairs you need. Look as though there was no repair done to my carpet. Thank you!

Less than 2 months ago I installed new carpet in my home. I own animals (cat's) and they got sick on the carpet leaving a deep yellow acid type stain in four very noticeable places. I called Josh he told me he wouldn't let anyone else do the job and he was right. Now the final result won't be known for a week or two but he did an incredible job. Already within hours of the work being completed I can hardly tell he was here today working.If you need a repair on your rug, just call Josh, enough said. I highly recommend him (his son) and his work.

Josh and son did an amazing job on our stairs and master room. I expressed the need to have the repair done quickly and they squeezed us into their busy schedule to accommodate a next day appt. They arrived on time, worked quickly and didn’t price gouge. I appreciate that they respected safety measures during this pandemic by wearing masks in our home. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs.

These guys are so great! They've come out multiple times (our poor pup has anxiety and loves to rip up our carpet ). Always a great quick job and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

I used this company to repair carpet that was chewed up by my pet! The owner was very professional on the phone and was able to set up an appointment the very next day. He did an excellent job on the carpet, you can’t even tell it was fixed. The pricing was extremely reasonable. I will happily recommend this company to any friends or family needing carpet repair in the future!

Was in the process of selling my house and my dog felt the need to chew some of the carpet. It was a small hole, but it was still a hole none the less. Reached out to a few places and Josh was responsive and was able to come pretty quickly. I didn't have extra carpet so he borrowed some from a closet and fixed the hole in the living area. He used some extra carpet he had to match the carpet in the closet. Looks like it never happened!! Wish I had an after picture, but I would highly recommend.
