I got my very first car from here. I worked with Kishan and when he heard that my main priority was a safe car for my family he immediately focused on doing the best he can to get me the right car. He was super polite and patient when explaining everything since again, it was my first time ever making such a big purchase in my life. He even stayed late to help me look into insurance. I appreciate him and their office for being kind and patient with me.

My review is based on KISHAN only. He saved our experience here. We started off with a horrible experience from another sales person and after telling them we were taking our money elsewhere Kishan took over and was very kind very attentive and very respectful. I would definitely recommend this place again but only if you ask for Kishan.

Bought a car here that wasn’t even an old car. The car has had problem after problem after problem, and the insurance they offered with the car hasn’t paid for a penny for any of the issues. If you want a lemon lot for cars you’ll be fixing up out of pocket, come here.

Don’t purchase any vehicles from here they sell cars without catalytic converters and cars with problems and say it’s your problem now trust me go to a different dealership they won’t fix a car they sold me when by law it’s illegal to sell a car from a licensed dealership especially in pierce county and king county without one and I hope when I’m done with them they will make things right and I hope the owner sees this because their employees are scamming and trying to force people to sign paperwork after contract stating the buyer knew modifications were made to vehicles upon purchase and if that was the case why wasn’t the paper signed at first day and instead 3 weeks later after taking back to get fixed and tampered with the engine
