Had a horrible experience, employee had an attitude all because I wanted to look at the shoes before she placed them in the box. I was going to make a purchase of $200 but, instead we walked out.

This store has by far the worst customer service. The employees are not attentive and are completely disrespectful. Advice to the owner of the store: If you see so many low reviews for your store, instead of telling people to contact the customer review line, begin to hire individuals with some sort of adequacy. The fact that they pick and choose who they want to attend just goes to show their unprofessional. At the bare minimum, reconsider hiring a better manager. One that doesn’t smell like he is high on the job and doesn’t act like an unsupervised child.

My mom and i were shopping here and have spent over 200+ for christmas, on christmas eve The Girl employees were sweet and offering to help. but the guy employee where i believe his name is Fredd he was extremely rude to my mom. and when my mom confronted him he was mocking and was overall rude. When it was my turn to get rung up i told the worker there he was rude and it makes the whole store unenjoyable.

I don’t know their names but a new cashier forgot to print my moms gift receipt, so he called the manager and instead of helping her he was extremely rude. Claiming she should have said it at the beginning of the transaction. The music in this store was very loud! And she told him this & he was still very rude dismissing her. Then asked his coworker if it was loud and he said no. Who cares?? It wasn’t that hard to print a gift reciept. As customers we don’t know your stores rules, and at the very least reprint the gift. It felt really racist as well. Get BETTER MANGEMENT!! managers shouldn’t make excuses at a reasonable request. It would have taken less time and hurt less feelings to just print it. But he didn’t want to, and that feels very racist to me. It’s Christmas season everyone is gonna want a gift reciept ?.

When we went on Saturday around 1:45 to return some shoes which were unworn, we had a problem. a lady helped us at first and said we’re good to return them, until a worker came and said they were worn and couldn’t be returned, the shoes were not worn and I insisted that they were unworn which they were. He said his name was greg and was the manager at the time. He was very rude from the beginning to end, asking unnecessary questions, and seemed like he didn’t want to return them in the first place. It seemed he wanted us to exchanged them.

Terrible Customer Service and treatment. I visited the Finish Line store at the Meadows Mall in Las Vegas, NV, on 3/28/2023 around 3:30 - 4 pm PT to do an impromptu buy of some shoes I saw while walking by another store. I returned to Finish Line to look at the Nike Griffins $210. I liked everything about the shoe. When I entered the store, it seemed and looked abandoned. There was a girl, Makayla (?), that is what she told me later. She looked at me from afar and hurried in the back. The other girl was at the counter on the computer. She slumped over with her back to the door.I had to walk up to here to draw her away the website of tennis shoes she was looking at to ask to see my size in that shoe. After trying on the first shoe, I instantly loved it. I asked to try on the other so I can get a feel for them and the balance. The computer girl said no you can't. Our policy is only one shoe. I said how will I be able to know if they are comfortable. You can't because "people steal." There was no other customers in the store but me. I said that she could hold my cell phone, driver's license or whatever. I said to her "I can't spend $210 on the comfort of one shoe. You will pass up a $210+ sale because you assume I would steal before I steal?" She said it's the policy. I left and came back about 3 mins later to get the store information. The girl told me she was the assistant mgr., Makayla and I could not have the computer girl clerk's name. Makayla said the store number was 353. She said that's our policy and people steal. I again said to her there was no one in here. And there are two of you. Then a black guy with braids came out, with some fake canned statement about it being the theft policy and I can try on the left then the right separately. I did not believe that would not give me the feel of both shoes. I asked his name he said it was "Frederick Sibley. I responded with what I thought was the spelling, he said "yeah sure." Turned his back to me and said "You have a blessed day" while he was walking away. The thing about it is, the store looked abandoned when I walked in. If anyone wanted to steal, they could have grabbed the clothing items and other things on display on the racks at the door. The two I encountered were way in the back of the store and I had to call out to them to find them to see if anyone was even in the store. I can see if I was a kid with a bunch of kids, I do understand that stealing happens. But I am a grown woman, I look like a grown woman, and I offered for them to hold my phone which I should not have had to do. No one was in the store except for me as a customer and four as employees, which I eventually discovered. I felt like this was a "Pretty Woman" moment. Was it because I was black this happened? No other customers were in the store. I regret that I did not record it. I came home and called Finish Line that day and was told that someone would reach out to me about my complaint had just been reported. They never did. Was it my race that made them believe I could steal? Is Finish Line doing so great that when I come into one of their stores with no other customers, they can let $210+ sales be ignored? If theft is that bad, get a security guard or make the manager come. From the back and see what is going on. But to put that on the paying customers is offensive. I give them no stars.

Who's the store manager here??. Its the second week I come to purchase some nike shoes for my kids (3). There's nobody to help out. I have to head to the cashier that sits down all day. Ask her for so many different shoes on my kids size and she doesn't have Any. She doesn't go check . So how does she know ????. Size 7 size 8 and size 9.5.. Took me an hour TODAY to go back and forth looking. Nothing was purchased again today . All I'm saying help the customer !

I went to return a shoe that i bought at fashion mall with my receipt to the meadows location and the staff asked if i could return it to fashion mall. I said preferably not that I'm already here and the rules say easy returns just take it back to any finish line.... she had to get the manager to approve the return which he said next time i have to take it back to fashion mall that they have too many returns at that location. He then told her next person that asks for a return tell them they have to take it to fashion mall.....They need to read their company policy and follow it.

This is my finish line of choice. I never have any problems getting the shoes I want. Start on the App and the more you spend, the more access you get to the new releases. The crew here is always on point. Sam, the manager, is absolutely awesome. The other guy manager or associate is another awesome employee. I can't remember his name but he has helped me so many times.

Excellent service. Will do business again! Other than that... please take a moment to look at the picture below. Karen here said she wanted to wait for her baby daddy inside during the Cool Grey 11's drop today but ended up buying 2 pairs for herself. Please be on a lookout for this liar. She cut in front of 50 people and thats not fair at all.
