Finish Line: A Decent Stop for Sneakerheads (But Maybe Not Your One-Stop Shop)
Finish Line is a reliable option for browsing the latest releases and popular styles in athletic footwear. Whether you're a die-hard sneakerhead or just looking for a fresh pair of kicks, they have a decent selection of shoes to keep you interested.
The staff at Finish Line generally gets good marks for being friendly and helpful. They're happy to answer questions and guide you towards shoes that match your needs. However, selection can vary depending on the store location. While they carry all the major brands like Nike, Adidas, and Jordan, you might not find every single hyped release or the most obscure sizes.

Not worth the visit. Staff lazy and hanging with friends or on phone. Prices are double next door.

For one I was at the wrong store Aauna the mix young girl with the green hoodie was very unprofessional with her tone , I just had a baby in was at the wrong store . All I needed was an exchange she failed to communicate with me . She barely spoke to me . She immediately got on the phone with the correct store with out even telling excuse me . Then she began to help another customer with out any communication with me . After I asked her for the address she stated she didn’t have the address but had the number . She rolled her eyes at me . I will never visit this location again based of off her . Why does she work in customer service but can’t provide it .

I experienced the worst customer service ever at this location! The workers won’t even acknowledge you. I stood in front of the register ready to check out and they just ignored me. I asked the worker if I could use my reward from my app and he referred me to someone else. The employee that tried to ring me up didn’t know what he was doing. He said I can’t use my reward for the item. I asked him what can I buy to use my reward? He said I don’t know you just can’t on this item as if completely annoyed by my inquiry. So I just canceled my purchase. I drove a mile away to Town Square Finish line location and there as soon as I entered I was greeted. I was able to redeem my reward.

If I could give zero stars I would. Whoever owns this store really needs to rehire people who understand customer service. We waited 15mins just to ask for a shoe. Then as we sat for another 20mins waiting for the shoe, we asked one of the girls about our shoe. She sat there and shrugged her shoulders with a nasty look on her face. I had enough at that point and asked another employee. She was nice enough to apologize and figure out who helped us first. The man (boy) who did looked at us and said oh we don't have it.. but yet he watched us stand there for 20mins! So unprofessional and disgusting behavior from this staff.

This is in regards to the Jordan 3 cement drops that happened this past Saturday on the 11th. My son, my dad, my brother and myself went to the Fashion Show Mall store on Thursday, March 9th to participate in the raffle. We each scanned the QR code placed on the window and submitted our raffle. All four of us received an email (group email with all the winners) that we have been selected for grade school. My son and my dad also received an email saying they were selected for men's. Saturday morning around 11 am, my son and dad went to the store with their ID's to pick up the shoes. They were told that my dad was not selected and that it was actually my brother who was selected. When my son asked if they can pick up for him, the lady working the counter very rudely said "don't break my rules otherwise I will red flag your account so you can never participate in raffles again". It was a simple question my 15 year old son asked. He knows the rules and the only reason he asked was because according to the email, my dad was selected who was with him at the time. She did not need to be so rude. She could just say sorry you can't there are rules. I don't understand how someone that works in customer service can be so rude ESPECIALLY to a child. Later, around 4:30, my brother shows up to pick up his pair, and that's when hell broke lose. First he was told his name is nowhere to be found. Then he was told that he only was selected for grade school. We provided all the emails trying to show that it was for a men's pair. Then he was told the emails are forwarded and that doesn't work. There were 3 employees who were all talking( 2 females, 1 male). When my brother asked to speak with a manager, all of a sudden, all 3 employees said they were the managers. My brother then asked for their names and the gentleman employee said "that's confidential information I can't give that to you". WHAT?!? I've worked in retail many years and I also know all employees usually have a name badge/tag or their names print on the receipt. When my brother raised his voice at that point, they called security on him and had him escorted and he was told he can never go into that store again. My son and I are regulars at that store and always had a pleasant experience. I don't understand the hostility and rudeness of this specific day. I very well know that employees "back door" special drops like this and it was obvious they had done that with this specific pair since nothing they said made sense or added up. I am very frustrated of the way the employees lied and handled themselves. I would like for someone to look into this and get back to me because the way this situation unfolded does not sit well with me. They lied numerous times. Each employee was saying a different story. They were all extremely rude. They should not be allowed to work in customer service and treat their customers this way. THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE. After my brother left the store, I called and the lady who answered, said her name was Miya or Mea ( not sure of the spelling). What happened to the confidentiality? I thought they can't give their names out? I am just asking for someone to look into this and get back to me. I will take this as far as possible if nothing gets done. There are cameras and everything can be traced. I know they back doored the shoe, therefore, causing all this commotion. And none of this is hearsay, because I was on the phone with my brother the entire time. I hope you truly stand by your word where on your website you say your " associates are the best in the business".

I ordered on line and the quality of the shoes are not good. My shoe has scuff marks not wrapped in paper in the box, my granddaughter shoes has stitching coming g undone. Just cause I ordered online e doesn't mean I don't deserve a quality pair of shoes. No where can I find a complaint suggestion I wo t be ordering from them. The price was the same amount as the nike store. I'll be going straight to nike

BEWARE! This store will not return any defective product, and apparently knowingly places defective product on the shelf as long as it looks new!We purchased "New" Nike shoes 5 days ago at this store. Within 2 days the soles began to squeak loudly. We brought them to the store and the manager said that they don't look new so he can't put them back on the shelf and resell them. When I asked him whether he found it unethical to resell a known defective product, he told me that was the store policy. They would not do anything for us. No refund, store credit or anything.

Was at the clearance rack. Had multiple puma shoes marked at $35 on clearance. Rang up at $70 dollars. Employee said they would honor price. Romy manager came over and stated price had gone up and would not honor the false advertised price and offered only 10% off. Bad business if you ask me. Will not shop there ever again. Would give negative stars if possible. Caddos to the 1 employee for sticking up for me

So crocs are the in thing now. My teenager wanted a pair. I didn't want to have to travel all the way to the north outlets to the official store. I already went to some other well known shoe stores but couldn't find what I needed, a black men's size 9 shoe. This place just happened to have it in stock. The next really helpful thing is that Finish Line provides After Pay. The cashier explained to me that I could purchase the shoes by only putting down 25% of the purchase price. Very cool idea! Almost like setting up a store credit account like in the "old days." I didn't use that feature so not sure exactly how it works but seems pretty straightforward with attaching your CC to account and having it deduct the next installments for future dates. My teenager is a happy camper now. Thanks to the help of the Finish line staff.
