It was a very bad experience. Yesterday I bought a pair of the latest Nike air cushion shoes in the store. When I tried them on, I felt that the size 8.5 was very suitable, so I placed an order on the spot. When I got home, the shoes were too small and my toes were squeezed and hurt, so I contacted the staff of JD official website. They asked me to bring the shoes to the store today and exchange them for a pair of size 9 shoes. But I was suspicious that the store staff did not allow me to exchange them. The reason was that the bottom of my shoes was a little black, but I found that the bottom of the shoes was black when I bought them yesterday. I also asked the staff to help me get a pair of shoes, but the result was that this was the only pair of size 8.5. So I was very disappointed with the reason that the staff today did not let me exchange them because the bottom was black. I admit that I wore the shoes for a while after I bought them, but I am very sure that the bottom was black when I bought them.

ZERO STAR - Absolutely worst customer service experience, 10+ employees all chatting and hanging out, not helping anyone. Then upon almost checking out with three pair of shoes the staff started prioritizing personal, non professional conversations over making the sale, so we walked out and gave our business to a different store. I would actually pay to have someone sit at the door and divert traffic elsewhere.

Strange staff who laugh at customers. I think that young girls need to learn how to behave, and guys need to manage better with equipment to find sizes.

Terrible customer service. Waited 20mins to try on a pair of shoe. And never received the shoes.
I told the employee to cancel the shoe told him cause it never came out. He responded with an okay and pretended to use the store device to cancel. No acknowledgment No apologies.
12 employees standing around while one person brings out shoes.
This store needs to reconstruct the value of Excellent Customer service

This place has large SALE signs, but they make it difficult for you to find out the price of the shoe that doesn't have a sale tag on it. In the kids section, I saw 1 shoe that had a sale tag. However, that isn't even thenmain issue. There was a Latina employee today who was the worse I have ever encountered in a retail shop. When I needed to ask for a shoe size, she ran straight to the back, and I know she saw me hilding up the shoe trying to get her attention. When I finally got her attention because she kept dodging me, she wasn't friendly at all. When she came back after several minutes and helped another customer first even though I had been waiting patiently for her help, she said there was no shoe for the size I was looking for. When I asked her if I can get the same shoes size that was on display, she gave me an attitude. When she came with the shoe, she walked pass me and wouldn't give me the shoe box. I asked asked her for the box. She said in a rude manner that she couldn't give me the box. I tried to look at the box since the display shoe had no price, she pulled the box away and said she could not give me the box. I was flabbergasted at her behavior. I told her I just wanted to see the price. Then, she said she would look it up. At that point, I asked my son to try both shoes and tell me if it was way too big or just a little bit because I was going to buy them and hang onto it when his feet grew a bit. However, the lady never came to tell me the price. I put the shoes on the counter and left. The only one who was nice was an African American employee who asked if we were being helped. He was at the register taking care of costumers and even ran to the back to get shoes when asked for a size. The lady was so lazy and rude. I have never been in a store where they won't let me see the box of the shoe or tell me the price. Maybe she wanted it for herself. I don't know, but I used to work in retail and never treated a customer that way. I would never set foot in that store or any Finish Line stores ever again.

I was looking for a newly released shoe so I called and spoke with Freddie who was very kind and attentive. He placed me on hold to check to see if they had the shoes I wanted in stock. Unfortunately they didn’t have the shoes in the size and color I was looking for. He suggested a few other stores that might have them, told me to have a good night and we ended our call. Much to my surprise about 20 minutes later I get a phone call from Freddie telling me he found one pair of the shoes I wanted in my size. This is what GREAT customer service looks like!! Freddie didn’t have to call me to tell me he found the shoes in my size! He had to take the time to go through the call history on the phone to find my number! Freddie has a loyal customer since he went above and beyond here!!!! Thanks again Freddie!!!

Horrible Customer Service. All the workers this day on 07/30 at this location. No customer service etiquette at all. We walked into the store, no one greets or offers assistance, they were all in one place standing around. Other families walked in and I watch them just stand there not greeting any customers coming into the location, they are standing around chit chatting near the register. Horrible! When we finally asked for a size on a pair of shoes, the one helping us had an attitude.

I walked from the other end of the mall, another family of 4 walked that far as well and 3 young men were there at the door at 6:53pm and the doors were locked. I knocked on the window and the girl shook her head at me. Not good business practice at all. I was ready to buy and quick and I know the other customers were too. Why close early when the rest of the mall closes at 7?

BASH gave excellent retail service helping me track down my inconvenient size. Although I would’ve obviously preferred the reduced-price pair, BASH emailed me their rewards program sign-up. So earning 1,500 points toward perks like rushed shipping online ensured it wasn’t for nothing. Also, glad the crowds were at Foot Locker & Shoe Palace instead!
