Terrible Customer Service and treatment. I visited the Finish Line store at the Meadows Mall in Las Vegas, NV, on 3/28/2023 around 3:30 - 4 pm PT to do an impromptu buy of some shoes I saw while walking by another store. I returned to Finish Line to look at the Nike Griffins $210. I liked everything about the shoe. When I entered the store, it seemed and looked abandoned. There was a girl, Makayla (?), that is what she told me later. She looked at me from afar and hurried in the back. The other girl was at the counter on the computer. She slumped over with her back to the door. I had to walk up to here to draw her away the website of tennis shoes she was looking at to ask to see my size in that shoe. After trying on the first shoe, I instantly loved it. I asked to try on the other so I can get a feel for them and the balance. The computer girl said no you can't. Our policy is only one shoe. I said how will I be able to know if they are comfortable. You can't because "people steal." There was no other customers in the store but me. I said that she could hold my cell phone, driver's license or whatever. I said to her "I can't spend $210 on the comfort of one shoe. You will pass up a $210+ sale because you assume I would steal before I steal?" She said it's the policy. I left and came back about 3 mins later to get the store information. The girl told me she was the assistant mgr., Makayla and I could not have the computer girl clerk's name. Makayla said the store number was 353. She said that's our policy and people steal. I again said to her there was no one in here. And there are two of you. Then a black guy with braids came out, with some fake canned statement about it being the theft policy and I can try on the left then the right separately. I did not believe that would not give me the feel of both shoes. I asked his name he said it was "Frederick Sibley. I responded with what I thought was the spelling, he said "yeah sure." Turned his back to me and said "You have a blessed day" while he was walking away. The thing about it is, the store looked abandoned when I walked in. If anyone wanted to steal, they could have grabbed the clothing items and other things on display on the racks at the door. The two I encountered were way in the back of the store and I had to call out to them to find them to see if anyone was even in the store. I can see if I was a kid with a bunch of kids, I do understand that stealing happens. But I am a grown woman, I look like a grown woman, and I offered for them to hold my phone which I should not have had to do. No one was in the store except for me as a customer and four as employees, which I eventually discovered. I felt like this was a "Pretty Woman" moment. Was it because I was black this happened? No other customers were in the store. I regret that I did not record it. I came home and called Finish Line that day and was told that someone would reach out to me about my complaint had just been reported. They never did. Was it my race that made them believe I could steal? Is Finish Line doing so great that when I come into one of their stores with no other customers, they can let $210+ sales be ignored? If theft is that bad, get a security guard or make the manager come. From the back and see what is going on. But to put that on the paying customers is offensive. I give them no stars.

I went to pick up an item I ordered online. When I saw the long line I shopped around the store. I came back to the service desk ten minutes later to see another long line, so I left again to shop around. When I went back 20 minutes later no one was there. After 5 minutes this lady (Rose) came in the doors. It was explained to me that she also delivers on-line orders to the parking lot. I was impressed with Rose and her ability to process things using both registers while remaining friendly and efficient.

I ordered some rain boots that I was looking forward to for our move from Las Vegas to Kansas. I got a note that UPS had delivered them, except they didn't. We were home, live in a gated property, and have two barking dogs that respond loudly when someone tries to enter our yard. They said they dropped them off at our door, which would have set the dogs into a bark-a-thon. It never happened! I reported this to Macy's and they were so responsive it amazed me. They could have made me wait for a claim, but they didn't. They resent the boots so I could have them. I was amazed! I really thought my $60 was gone but Macy's really cared about my account and my standing as a customer! Businesses need to learn from this type of response! I'm impressed!

Macys is one of my favorite (still open) department stores out there. This location unfortunately has completely gone off the rails though. Bad management is evident throughout the entire store from the ridiculous prices to poor placement of merchandise. The employees seemed to be friendly while walking through the store so that is a plus. The "backstage" was almost laughable. The majority of the items had insane "original" prices that were completely made up to make it seem like a deal. The majority of the furniture upstairs had insane prices on them that didn't even make sense. Overall 2/5. Sad to see a store that once was, no longer be.

I went to return a shoe that i bought at fashion mall with my receipt to the meadows location and the staff asked if i could return it to fashion mall. I said preferably not that I'm already here and the rules say easy returns just take it back to any finish line.... she had to get the manager to approve the return which he said next time i have to take it back to fashion mall that they have too many returns at that location. He then told her next person that asks for a return tell them they have to take it to fashion mall..... They need to read their company policy and follow it.

This macys sucks, what's the point of having "store managers" if they do nothing to help the customer. Legia and lashandra what ever her name was. Horrible service. Bad attitude. Do better macys.

Out of all the Macy's stores I've gone to this one is the worst. This is so sad because I love Macy's and frequently shop online or in stores. However, every single time I come here I get someone rude or with attitude. I have finally had enough. One of the times I received someone rude was on the second floor, I was there to return an item that was damaged and she made it a huge deal. Even after calling 1-800 who accepted my return she refused to take my item, then went and called two more coworkers who were as unfriendly as her. The 1-800 representative was so shocked that they told me to just keep the item and they would still issue my refund. After several other bad experiences this last one was just too much. First I went to return a blouse where there were THREE representatives chit chatting about scheduling and staff. This is understandable since there were no customers side conversations are bound to happen, what was unacceptable was that when they saw me line up two of them suddenly became busy and neither of them greeted me. I stared at them and Watanee waived me over with attitude like I was dumb or something and again as I took it upon myself to greet her she did not greet me and the other two representatives continued their conversation. Even after explaining to Watanee what I needed done she did not speak to me. All she ever said to me was, "alright 64.98." That's literally it. No further explanation. I got my receipt and left. I went to the perfume section and again a group of about five employees gossiping. Only of them was working and was super kind, the others just kept spying on me and talking amongst themselves. There was one specific lady watching my every move and every time I would look at her she would flinch and look away. This was too much, I really wanted a new perfume but I left empty handed.

I originally bought some Michael Kors boots and they didn't remove the security tag, I went back and a cashier named Jocelyn was extremely helpful. She was quick and efficient, I will definitely be back because of her.

Horrible customer service. They charged me more than advertised. The sticker in the shoe and the sticker on the box both had the same price. Then they ring it up and it’s ringing up more. So I mention the price on the sticker. They claim they forgot to change the sticker and that’s the old price. They wouldn’t honor the price they had advertised and charged me more for the shoes. That’s just had customer service. It is not my fault you didn’t change the sticker price .

I'm trying to buy a letter jacket as one of the employees to give me the jacto purchase, her answer was I don't work for that department you have to look for the right person to help you. The jacket was only 5 steps from her register and she was not doing nothing. Other registers busy but she only tacking people to purchase purses.

Excellent service. Will do business again! Other than that... please take a moment to look at the picture below. Karen here said she wanted to wait for her baby daddy inside during the Cool Grey 11's drop today but ended up buying 2 pairs for herself. Please be on a lookout for this liar. She cut in front of 50 people and thats not fair at all.

Stood at the register for a good 10 minutes while the 2 employees talked about their drinking habits and saw me standing there since they kept looking over not once approached and eventually walked out and went to shoe palace right across.
