lol I received a text message with some special for a car wash from this company 3 years after the owner was a complete jerk to me when I brought my Audi in. What makes you think I'll be bringing my brand new Mercedes' in after that experience? maybe in order to get more business you shouldn't be so rude to your customers who pay you

My husband bought me a gift certificate for their mobile services last Christmas. The first appointment I scheduled went well and they did a good job. Flash forward to October 2021, when I scheduled an appointment to get my car cleaned before my baby was due to arrive. I spoke directly on the phone to someone in the company, and they verbally confirmed my appointment date and time. The day came and went, no one showed. I texted and called but never got a response of any kind. This past week I decided to give them one more try, and again spoke with someone to get my appointment confirmed. Today was supposed to be the appointment and again, no call and no show. I’ve called and texted them to see what the issue is, but no response. They obviously do not care about their customers or reputation. And now I’m left with no choice but to forfeit the rest of my gift card because they have refused to provide service. I’m so frustrated!

I spoke with the owner to schedule a mobile wash while staying on the strip. We agreed on a place to meet. He said he would call me back with the exact time. Never heard back from him. Didn't answer my text.

I've called this business twice now for over a week about getting my car detailed and still haven't received a call back. I'm a small business owner myself and have never done that to any of my clients. Horrible business!

Having seen this company in the neighborhood and wanting a good company to do a quality hand car wash, I decided to check them out. They have a simple website, but unlike many other local companies they do have an online scheduling system where you can view their services and schedule an appointment. That made things so easy, and I was able to schedule something for a Friday even though it was late on a Thursday evening. They texted me Friday that they weren't doing washes that day due to inclement weather, but they came Saturday instead. They clearly are experienced and knowledgeable and know what they're talking about. The owner has been in the business for years. This is not a "fly by night" operation. The owner himself seems to come on all the jobs and helps do the work himself, and he explained that they try to establish relationships with their customers. He was relaxed and friendly and clearly took pride in doing a good job. They took about 30 minutes to do the hand wash, and it came out great! They did not try to upsell me on anything but just graciously said they hoped they had earned my business. They did! I had them back the next week to do a thorough polish and wax. They spent almost four hours on the car in my garage getting rid of most of the fine scratches and swirls that had been caused by poor treatment/poor wash techniques while the car was at the dealer. I knew this would be the case, as when I picked up the car I could see the dealer running new cars through a very decrepit-looking conveyer wash which I knew would cause scratches. It's sad to have to do this on a brand new car, but they said they see it all the time when their customers have them come polish their new cars. Their price was fair, and they did an outstanding job! It's well worth it to pay a bit more for a company that not only knows what they are doing but that comes to you! I will definitely be using them as my go-to wash company. What's more convenient then having a company like this come to your house and do an amazing car wash that won't scratch your car? Give them a try!!

They do an absolutely awesome job. My wheels are always super clean and I know they are a pain to wash. The interior is spotless and dust free. I usually wax the car myself after they wash it and there is literally not a spec of dirt or road grime on the car when they are done. It's slightly pricey, but totally worth it seeing as how it's a mobile service and super convenient.

I've never had mobile car washing services before but this company did phenomenal! It's such an important time to help out local businesses but even more so, invest in quality local businesses like Finish Line Auto. My car was pretty dirty and gross, especially after driving it for two years in the Midwest where I had snow and mud tracked into my car. The guys showed up and kept me up to date on their arrival, and went straight to work. I am so grateful for them to drive all the way to SW Vegas in the beginning of a hot summer, and still greet me with optimism and positivity. Their pricing for an interior AND exterior car wash is well beyond reasonable. I haven't felt this good about the inside of my car since I bought it from the dealership. I guarantee you will not regret their services!

Horrible place I made an appointment and when I pulled up the owner and his employees did not speak and was laughing about "how dirty" my car was... isn't that why im here to get it cleaned!!!??? So he looks in my car for a good 2 minutes and finally speaks with a rude attitude"your car is too dirty I need more money" basically so I told him no and took my business to a more professional place do not go here they are very unprofessional!!!! Update: took my car to a car wash on Craig and Decatur and got a full detail inside and out for $160 while this man tried to charge me $300 just to shampoo seats and carpets lol

First and foremost, I will preface my review with stating that the two gentlemen working on the car did a great job. I was not a fan that I took about 35 minutes longer than it was supposed to, especially in light of the fact they did do a very good job and cleaned the areas of the car that I specifically asked about. I had only two gripes, one which is not super serious and the other one did irritate me quite a bit. The first was I was here by appointment, so the idea that my car got started late wasn't cool. Can't blame the hard workers that were working, but maybe the system online that allows for some overbooking. My other issue was the boss. I went over and was making sure something specific I wanted clean got done (as the last place I went to in town ignored my request - twice, which is why I came here in the first place) and at some point the owner, who apparently watches on the cameras, called his employees and had them tell me to please sit on the bench by the gas station because he doesn't like customers standing near the wash. Well tough ****. First of all, I was standing in a spot that doesn't have your company tents over it and as far as I'm concerned I can stand in that public spot until fall if I felt like it, and secondly, if I'm letting your people wash a $60,000 muscle car, and I'm paying for that service, it seems to me that I can stand where I feel like and ensure it is being done properly as long as I am not impeding the movements of the workers. I will eventually give this place another try and hope the eye and the sky doesn't drop calls and bug this time. UPDATE: You can see the response from the owner. What a disrespectful fool. Says he values my business then tells me not to return if I don't follow "the rules". Well first, the "rules" are not posted. I'm an insurance adjuster so his claim is false, I can stand in a public spot if I want to, and I'm likely to track the property owner and explain that. Furthermore, I'm not one of this guys employees so I couldn't care less if he doesn't like it. He's right though, I won't be returning and I'll make sure to share this experience with the various car clubs I belong to in town.
