I ad another visit to this dealer ship, had to change the oil after two days that Tem Chevrolet said I do not need oil change and the light came on. So I took the car to Findlay Chevrolet to change the oil and then asked about the other service .As usual i asked for Eric since Eric at Service Department is so friendly and professional. He did follow up on my request and gave me the best rate on my budget ordered the parts and scheduled the service. Highest customer service and communication, he went above and beyond and answered all my questions I will give the business 5 star . I am using the Findlay Chevrolet since 2004 and the best customer service was the another reason that I switched from Ford to Chevrolet. They make my life easier.
