Irresponsible company run by an irresponsible CEO. Extremely shameful to support a dangerous cult doxing, harassing, swatting, and condoning vulnerable people to off themselves.

Wanted a safe, reliable service to host my website where we discuss the locations and personal information of underage children. 10/10 service, CFO even sacrificed and lost her association with Century21 because of it. Can't knock that, keep up the good work.

A rare and welcome sight in the online space these days, a company which actually respects the fundamental right of its customers to free speech.

A small-time operation notable more for its ties to hate sites than for pricing or reliability. Even after repeated attempts to contact their abuse department, they've continued to host and platform a neo-Nazi hate site for illegal behavior such as harassment and swatting. Current and potential customers should be aware that unfortunately, that's what they'll be associated with by doing business with Fiberhub.

No way to contact on Twitter as they are currently hosting an alt right site that's forum users engage in doxxing and they cannot handle the backlash.

I've been in plenty of data centers over the years. FiberHub has the best customer first attitude. The Las Vegas location has a great breakroom and is close to the airport. The savings compared to other data centers is significant. 5 Stars!!

This review is concerning our experience at Fiberhub's Dallas, Texas location. We have been with them as a colocation customer for about a year. For the first several months things were fine - there were some hiccups here and there but things were generally solved in a timely manner. However, our experience has taken an entire 180 in the last 6 weeks. During this time, there were frequent (in many cases several times per day) network disruptions due to BGP session flapping and/or capacity issues (I have gotten multiple reasons). While they did fix the issue of the network going down frequently, for the last 3+ weeks we have been experiencing poor single-stream download speeds. We used to get 500-800+ Mbps data transfer rates between Fiberhub Dallas and our other locations, but since the "fix" we are lucky to get more than 70-100 Mbps. According to Billy Cooter, VP of Sales at Fiberhub, this is an acceptable rate on a 10Gbps link.To make things worse, their network engineer, Rob Tyree, has a habit of not responding to tickets. As of this writing, I currently have a ticket open with Rob to troubleshoot the poor download speeds that has not had a response in TEN DAYS. I have e-mailed Billy Cooter several times asking him to help us get a response from Rob, and there has been nothing. The customer support has been absolutely abysmal and I can no longer put any faith or recommendations into using them for any hosting service. In my conversations with others in the hosting industry, we are not the only ones to be on the receiving end of awful network quality/customer service and it has not been specific to Dallas. In short, AVOID at all costs. While things may seem great when things are going fine, their customer service can not be relied on to fix issues.

The most unprofessional datacenter from sales to techs, had to pull our server out had a issue had the technical support to help fix for fee, after 2 days they replied to the ticket. Fee charged and paid next day I get a reply no idea what's wrong with server.. head over to DC and pulled server 5sec I see the issue raid card wasn't all snapped in all the way "5sec fix" .. pulled server and went with switch, you get better tech service at best buy. Time is money no time for uneducated techs.

This place is a joke, with all my data center locations for our company this one hits my lowerest meter. Where to start? Issue #1: drop off server pre-configured ready to go, was told will be installed more than likely the next day than to wait 4 days before I had to open a ticket just to find out what's going on. Issue #2: no one replied for 26hours later to come to find out was an issue with my server but hey at least I now know they installed it (not a problem) in the actual ticket mentioned I'll be there the next day @ 11 am. Little I knew they careless of their client needs or maybe they forgot they type of business they are running. Issue #3: no reply to confirm, rude! Is ok I'll just fix the server myself so I showed up the next day come to find out this data center has NO one on-site for weekends. Again going back to issue #2 they forget is a data center, not a Dr office needs to be open at the weekends that's when most techs do the work! but hey what I know I been in business longer than them. Issue #4: so what I see here a number to call on the door for weekend entry ok got it so I'm calling the number failed no one picks up. what's the point even putting a number on the door for weekend access if you don't actually answer. Back to issue #2 and #3 Micky mouse data center. Issue #5: I had no choice to head back home this isn't good what if something happened to my server and I needed to be there? No way canceled and went with switch not worth the headaches . FiberHub went from zero to fail meter in just 6days. Issue #6: As I'm signing away my release forms, one of the worthless techs plays a sound clip "sad trombone". Very professional they are, lucky I choose not to react. I will update this review with screenshots of support ticket later time. In a way, glad it happened now and not in 911 need access if all this happened as I needed access my attitude will have been much different.

Very good value datacenter. Had a bit of confusion with setup, but after that no issues. Service has been very quick, and uptime has been 100% so far.

For over 5 years we have had multiple racks of equipment, over 200 servers, with internet provided by fiberhub. Very few issues with internet and when we have they are always fast to respond to support tickets. In the few cases we had issues it was always an up stream internet provider we where able to route around. Overall a good value and excellent reliability.

We recently moved from northern CA to the Vegas area and Fiberhub stepped up to plate and providing us with the identical services that we had in CA with an amazing technical staff. Our “incremental” move was effortless and the NOC itself it top-notch, with 24hr security and accessibility (with appropriate identification and security measures). They have excellent receptionists that know everything going on and Don, the COO is amazing and extremely knowledgeable as his background (programming and networking) extends back to the beginning of computers and networking from the 70’s to modern day operations. We couldn’t be more pleased with them. B. Miller
