WOW. I just called and spoke to someone, and asked if they had a part in stock, and they told me that I would need to be a contractor to get that information!!! JUST to get info if they have a part in stock at all! Ridiculous, find your HVAC parts elsewhere

I owe the 2 dudes working in the morning a dozen donuts. came in needing a 2 pole amp for a trane Ac. did not have a valid license as this is not my exact trade, gummed it up with a couple of Hispanic techs waiting in line showing them my unit I was trying to fix. all the folks in the store that I spoke to were incredibly helpful in helping me to simply verfiy that I had probably found the faulty part. Was charged 20.00 for a part that a service tech was going to charge a min of 350 to come and install. I had never done any work on any ac unit in my life and it took about 30 mins using zero power tools. in the hot asf Vegas sun. ac has been working flawlessly since that day. only stipulation upon purchasing without a contractors license was no returns. I figured at 20.00 I could afford to take that risk. I'm just glad I had real folks and not mouth breathers behind the counter and the next time I'm back in Vegas. im showing up on a Friday at open wit mf fancy donuts.

Unprofessional and condescending staff. I came here for an AC blower motor. After staring at his computer and ignoring me for 15 minutes i very kindly and politely showed the guy behind counter what i needed. He looked at me and told me to get out of the store because i didnt look like i had an HVAC license. Dont waste your time in coming here unless if you want to be treated as subhuman. Amazon has everything that you need.

I wanted to give a shout out to make them a great counter guy help me with my shopping experience here I will be back here to get all my stuff for my air conditioning company he took very good care of me he made sure I got the right stuff very pleasant to deal with and gets back to me in a very timely manner with all my "thank you so much thank you for making my decision to buy all my equipment through Ferguson Nathan give him a raise!

Richard, our delivery driver for our equipment is such a pleasure to deal with. He is helpful and patient. He has always done his best to accommodate us with offloading equipment and space constraints at our shop. Thank you Richard for being so easy to work with. Being an owner of an HVAC company in Las Vegas comes with its challenges. But one thing Infinity Heating and Cooling doesn't have to worry about is being taken care of with great service by Leonard, Ivan, Jeff, Dan and Gavin. They all make sure orders are placed properly and filled in the right amount of time, that questions from my office/ technicians are answered with knowledge and confidence, deliveries are scheduled, and parts/equipment are inspected for damage before providing material to us. I would like to thank them all for the hard work they provide for us everyday! We are glad to have you and thank you all for helping Infinity Heating and Cooling reach the highs we are at!
