I just wanted to let everyone know what Extraordinary service my husband and I received from Gloria at Las Vegas shops at Crystals; Gloria went above and beyond to help us solve our issue regardless of the distance; she made it happen!! I haven’t received such great service anywhere else as we did at the Fendi store, and it was all thanks to Gloria!! We will definitely shop their again and will recommend this store to everyone we know!! Kuddos to Gloria!! ????

I went there on 08/25/22. This was my first time in Vegas and I wanted to buy my girlfriend something for her birthday. We entered and one employee asked if we needed help and kindly we said no thanks. He decided to slowly follow us around the store. He made it obvious, we a asked if we needed help with anything. We said no but that's wasn't enough. He kept following us and made it obvious that we didn't belong in that store. It was very uncomfortable and racist. Unfortunately we decided to leave after we saw a White couple enter and didn't receive the same treatment. My girl and I are restaurant manager and we work 24/7. We fly out to Vegas on our only 2 off days to get disrespected.

Never shop at Fendi store! make your purchases online instead. There is a no Refund policy which they have deceptively included on their receipt and ask you to sign when you think its the credit card slip. No one mentions that you can not return your item within the 14 days that is allotted to the online purchases. Deceptive practice!!

I can not wait to go back to Fendi store and buy more things! Ami was such a great help. She picked out an amazing dress for my wife. love it! I really liked the location of the store as well, it was right in the middle of everything. The selection was also excellent. They had a wide variety of styles and colors. I was a little worried it would be too expensive, but Ami really showed us some great items that were very reasonable.

We found an amazing dress for my event here, Amy was very nice and attentive without being pushy. She helped me find the perfect dress and she was very patient too. I love my new silk dress!

The guy followed us around while we shopped like we were going to steal something. He never asked if he could help us; he just kept following us around store. My niece and a friend were here from out of town and they wanted to go to Fendi. I'm not a Fendi girl, but the friend was, and she had planned on buying something and was actively looking at shoes until we were followed around the store like criminals. I guess they're okay with treating people that way. I finally just made a very off-color comment about a very plain white T-shirt that they wanted $500 for and compared it to an extremely ugly dress that I had seen in Australia that was equally overpriced, and then we just left.
