the worst shipping experience! i got an e bike return which was also delivered by Fedex a month ago. today, i brought my package in with return label on; they checked it and said nothing. then the lady asked me if I wanted a receipt, i said yes and then she told me i need a hazard label on the package to be accepted? what if i said no receipt?? how did you deliver the same package to me a month before without a hazard label? and right now, you want a hazard label for a returning??

This place has horrible delivery drivers that don’t even attempt to make package delivery, they just take up close pictures of random “we missed you” tags and pretend like they tried. Making you have to drive across town to pickup a package that this idiotic company is supposed to deliver. Nobody answers the phones, nobody ships out the packages, what do they even do here all day?

At this moment they don’t deserve even a star.I have had the worst experience with their 800 cust srv. How do they allow drivers to lie , scam , deceive people .Driver never delivered my package and he faked a signature from god knows where . I have videos camera all over my house and so does my neighbors never at any moment dod the Fed Ex driver show to my house . So now I’m the one having to file claims with Fed Ex and At & T and at the moment nothing has been resolved . Next time I’ll make sure and so should you guys to screen shot picture of the name of driver and picture of them since they provide that at the initial email tracking of who is delivering your package .He’s so lucky I messed up there other wise he would be posted everyone to see a what a piece of thing he is .

Literally, the slowest FedEx I’ve ever been to. It’s been more than once. I’ve come here and waited. 20 to 30 minutes just to drop off a document with a shipping label already prepaid but check out is always down. They should not have just one attendant working ever! Such a waste of time never coming here again

Shipping stuff is annoying. Hildy (sp?) was the kindest person and amazing to work with! A usually awful experience made great by one exceptional employee.

I wanted to take the time to shout out Terry & Hill for doing everything they could to make sure I received my package before I left out of town the next morning. I spent an hour and a half in the office, before closing, waiting for the driver to complete his route. Terry constantly provided any update on the package location that he could. Not only did he go above and beyond, but also stayed 15 minutes past closing to make sure I left with package in hand.
I cannot thank you two enough for the kindness and patience you showed me especially at the end of a long shift.

It’s sad that these drivers don’t want to do their jobs. No door tags, lying about attempting to deliver a package. I was a fed ex driver before and under my management we understood the importance of getting customers their packages. I feel so embarrassed by the lies and constant deceit by ppl that sign up for these jobs. Overnight priority didn’t mean a thing. I was home all day actually had cold water and snacks for my delivery driver since it’s been record breaking heat in Vegas. All for me to keep refreshing my tracking number to see the driver didn’t even attempt but said he did. Do better drivers. Do BETTER!
