I genuinely dislike having to come to this FedEx Office location on Tenaya because of the consistently poor service I receive, particularly from the assistant manager who has been here for at least two years.
Today, I visited for a simple task: printing an 11 by 17 art print for my shop. When I asked for the price difference between printing on card stock versus poster paper, the lead who assisted me was clueless about how to get a quote from the system. I suggested she put it in as an order, yet she still struggled with the pricing and had to call for assistance from the assistant manager. He inaccurately informed her that either print would require a digital enhancement fee and insisted they couldn't print a poster smaller than 16 by 20. This is blatantly false, as the oversize printer can handle custom sizes, charged by the square foot—something any skilled user would know.
As a former assistant manager at FedEx Office for three years, I hold this company to a high standard. My items are always print-ready and need no enhancements since I employ a professional graphic designer. Despite my loyalty to this location, the decline in their product knowledge and service quality is disheartening.
Frustrated, I ended up going to Office Max, where I got exactly what I needed at a third of the price. This decline in service at the Tenaya location is highly disappointing, and I hope improvements are made soon.

This location needs to hire new staff. This worker named Mycal is so ignorant. These people need training on etiquette. I needed help faxing he couldn't even help to explain the photo copier machine. Don't ask no dumb questions here. Office Depot is right down the street.

Robbie at this location is a total gem! I called with a very tight turnaround deadline for business cards and he got them done in about 1 hours (5 hours before expected!).Great location, service and staff!

It's a FedEx center, nothing too exciting. However, I had the pleasure of being helped by Asha. She was extremely helpful and pleasant! It's nice to find someone that turns a rather ordinary stop into an unexpectedly nice interaction.

If you can go to any other location. This Guy is unprofessional. I ship with FedEx almost daily at least 3 times a week and I spend about $5000 a month with them not only that I am regularly in the FedEx office on lake mead well today Robbie decided he wanted to play for God and was on some kind of Assistant manager power trip because at 4:43 he denied taking my package bound for Africa it contains life saving safety equipment. As quickly as I could I drove out to the hub on Cheyenne in north Las Vegas so that one arrogant man didn’t interfere with the safety of people on the other side of the world. The bottom line was I was not late and he should have accepted my prepackaged pre labeled ready to go package the driver was still on the premise and there was no reason to deny accepting my package. I am lodging a complaint with FedEx corporate. Thanks for starting my weekend off with a bang!

“Extra $2.50 Service charge to do it right away” I didn’t ask them to do it right away. I was willing to wait if possible don’t need my stuff done till next month. Thanks Edmund. Cost $2.50 for a bad review

To be quite honest I was a little skeptical to come to this location based off of the reviews but I’m glad I did. I came in on 11/08/23 to print out a few items for my godson’s 5th birthday party. We’re making a lot of the decorations ourselves and Robbie helped me out and was awesome about it! He definitely understood what I needed help with and helped my vision come to life. Thanks again Robbie!

I went in today to ask about printing on fabric transfer paper. I ask the girl behind the counter, she then proceeds to ask another person.
The person was very rude in their response, instead of explaining why my paper couldn't go in the machine.
She says "No, it will break the machine."
I understand that is Understandable.
But when I ask for further explanation I get the same response.
I simply wanted to know more, and was greeted with rude customer service. Don't go here guys.
It's unfortunate...

Placed a simple print order for (2) items, time for the order completion came back over 24 hours later (and was not placed near the end of their business hours) not ideal but OK. When we showed up at the given completion time, the person in the store was very quick to announce that they were the only person there. (There was literally no one else in the store). Discovering we were picking up an order already placed, she asked if someone had called us to say it was ready? (No, did you call us???) - then she said, its not ready yet because they've had printer issues (So maybe YOU SHOULD have called us)? She said it would be 10 minutes (but they were already printed - just needed to be trimmed to size)... I'm done with this location... same sub par service every single time.

I would try anywhere besides this spot. Maybe UPS or anywhere would have systems that were running and working. Whew felt like going back in time to come to this place

Had such a great experience at this FedEx location with the Full Service Print Services! I had just been at the Office Max/Depot that was down the street, waited for over an hour, and then was told what I needed done would take about a week after I dropped it off and was considered low priority. On a whim we decided to try FedEx. The customer service was amazing and everyone working was so helpful and friendly. Robbie priced it out for us and also told us it could be ready before noon the next day! It was ready first thing in the morning and our order exceeded our expectations! The cost was a little more than what I would have paid at the other store, but it was totally worth it as they went above and beyond!! I will for sure be coming back to this location!

I had an unexpected issue with my banner, I was setting up for a tradeshow and the banner was missing. So I called this location and spoke to an employee named Ky and she was not only very friendly, but she took my sense of urgency seriously and she helped walk me through the priority printing options and the banner was done same day very fast. I really appreciate her and Maryam for their help getting my 3x5 banner printed. I got it in my booth and looks great!
