EVERY time I order anything online,and I see that FEDEX is delivering. I get upset because I know that I'm in for a some unwanted stress. FEDEX NEVER,(let me repeat that) NEVER EVER EVER, gets the delivery date correct. In my last 5 deliveries through Fedex , every one of them would say one date , but of course I wait all day just to see that they now have rescheduled me to the next day. This is unacceptable! Why cant Fedex get the delivery day correct? I'm not talking about one time out of 20. I mean EVERY DAMN TIME! UPS and even USPS get it correct 95% of the time. Be better Fedex! You suck !

My will call dock shipment arrived on time and good condition. Forklift operator allowed me to unpack the unit so I could easily load it into my vehicle. Professional and helpful. Thanks FedEx.

Went to pick some freight up. Office people didn't let me inside, it was 115* outside. Took about 1 hour for them to find my pallet.

Please do not use fedex for anything! Had my sister facetime me while she dropped off my package at a fedex branch in Vegas. They literally did not scan the package and the branch is claiming they do not have the package. Not only that, but my sister paid $85 for express an the branch still went ahead an put if for ground delaying it for 3 day just for it not to arrive at all! Im devastated

My package was delivered to FedEx freight on lamb in Las Vegas NV. Package was never delivered to my house on its expected delivery date. I was told package was there at the lamb location & that there was a shortage in drivers. So I offered to pick up my package. I arrive at this location just to be told they don’t have my package. I don’t understand how a 275 LB package can just disappear. I spoke with head manager Andre who was not helpful in anyway. He told me that their camera system was out dated & blurry...& that he could not share any footage with me. As for the previous location where my package was last seen before heading to Las Vegas, they had no problem with sending me their video footage which was very clear. I seen my package in their tailor. Me & my sister was planning on starting a business with our package that was miss place. Package was worth 3k & took us 2 months to get it made. I would never recommend FedEx to handle anything that is valuable. Worst service ever!

I ordered fresh oysters and smoked salmon from Washington state to be delivered next day for a birthday party while I was in Vegas celebrating. The shipping got delayed twice the day it was to arrive. I attempted to ask FedEx online but after explaining the situation, the customer service rep ghosted me. I then called FedEx and was the oysters were in the Vegas warehouse and will be delivered Monday...3 days after they were supposed to arrive. They will be rotten by the time they finally arrive and I will no longer in in town. The customer service rep said there was nothing he could do and I need to contact the company I ordered from. I don't know why anyone still uses FedEx for anything.

I'm not sure what's going on with Fed Ex, but my last 3 experiences have been dreadful.3-4 weeks ago I ordered a plant from South Carolina. The tracking system they have showed it was loaded in their truck at 4:30 am. The package marked plant sat in their truck in the Las Vegas heat all day. I got a text that they tried to deliver it at 6:30 to my office, where people were still there until 7:15. Whether it stayed in the truck overnight or was unloaded and reloaded at 4:00 am the next morning, it again stayed in the truck until late afternoon the following day. When I opened it, it was barely alive. Needless to say I couldn't get it to revive.The vendor sent me a new plant. Neither a theplants I could find locally. This time Fed Ex indicated it was out for delivery on the Friday before Labor Day.Late in the day I got a text, that they didn't even attempt to deliver the plant and it would be delivered on the Tuesday after Labor Day. Needless to say it came completely dead. I finally told the vendor to refund my money, which they did. I guess they felt guilty, I told them not go ship Fed Ex and they did anyway.I now come to the last fiasco with Fed Ex. I ordered a watch for my wife which was suppose to be delivered today 9/11. Yesterday, when no one was home, Fed Ex tried to deliver it, a day early. Luckily the driver was smart enough not to leave it without someone signing for it.Yesterday afternoon I spent 11/2 hours on thePhone with them making arrangements for an afternoon delivery today. Dana the customer service person assured me that it would come between 2:30 and 5:00pm today, because I new we had a morning emergency that we found out about yesterday morning.At 11:30 today I got a text that the delivery had been made and the watch was left at our front door. Yesterday the package needed a signature, today it didn't.I was livid, because we have had other packages stolen from our doorway. I call Fed Ex again, spent another 45 minutes in the phone with them and got confirmation that Dana's notes were on the account, but they couldn't explain any of the rest.Luckily the package was there, but I have lost all faith Fed Ex!!!!!!
