These women are rude & not helpful at all. The customer service is seriously lacking. I would recommend trying a different location if possible.

The girls who attend that location were very rude, they told me that they do not provide that delivery service for DirecTV. Also the place is hard to find.

Do not come here, it is inconvenient how far it located from the self parking entrance.if you have label printed and want to drop off package, they will charge you HANDLING FEES, $10 or more

The staff there are amazing! I had 3 print jobs and the way they cared for our documents were awesome! From the time you walk through the doors until leaving out, they engage in friendly conversation! They even entertained my little ones by engaging in convo to keep them interested while I waited for my print jobs to be done lol! Love that location and staff!!

Less than 1 star. Happily paid the service charge of $160 because I used ups. Then my packages were left on the dock even after I called to report them missing. As of today they are still not picked up.

Best customer service ever!! I bought a guitar while vacationing (and drinking) in Vegas and Tyler was super patient with me! He helped me out and did an amazing job wrapping it! Came back in one piece and almost in tune.

When in need, they.were there and the price was reasonable. Great and thank you Oh, they're located in the back entrance by the left side of the convention center.

This location is in the Rio, tucked away down the corridor to the convention area (just past Penn & Teller and Hash House). It's a tiny little hole in the wall, last I was there they didn't have computer workstations or laptop stations, just printing services. I appreciate them not going for the full gouge though. Black and white prints and copies are 20 cents instead of the usual 10. A bit of a gouge, but I've seen these locations in prime tourist gouging spots go as high as $1 per b&w page in their shamelessness.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Nowhere in Google does it say this FedEx is inside a hotel. I sent my tools for work here thinking it was a normal FedEx and instead I got charged $130 in fees because I "sent it through the hotel". Total scam.

This location has great service the staff is friendly an helps meet your needs. They go above an beyond to help you out. I was just recently staying at the Rio forf busines and had to get papers copied everyday while I was here. Service with a smile thank you.

Worst customer service. Some lady don't know her name told me they wouldn't accept my boxes to be shipped out so I had to drive 3 miles to a different Fed Ex so I can ship my boxes
