I can't say enough amazing things about one of the reps that works at this location, Theo. They provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to ensure I had my rush printing turned around in time. I'm so impressed and thankful for their attention to detail on my rush project!

Worst customer experience ever!!
They just do NOT know how to handle customers!!
They charged 7$ fee for almost a zero weight package! And they do literally nothing, not even delivering it to the room!

The guys were extremely helpful every step of the way. I just wish they had access to Bellagio customer service or were able to coordinate with them somehow to be able to notify guests when their pacakage arrives. Our package was there for 2 days before we knew it was there.

Josie and Kyle at this location are incredible. I had multiple last-minute print jobs that needed to be taken care of during a major convention, and each of them went the extra mile to help get the job done on time and well.

You must pay an additional \\\"handling fee\\\" to have items shipped to the hotel. $7 for a padded envelope less then a pound, and I was informed they charge by weight. That's in addition to the normal FedEx shipping cost you paid when you shipped. For this \\\"fee\\\" they don't deliver it to your room. They don't \\\"do\\\" anything... You just walk up to a counter and they charge you too give you the package you already paid shipping on. Pretty ridiculous..

I tried to ship a package to a Bellagio guest First Overnight (8am) but Fed Ex doesn't deliver it to the Hotel, it delivers it to this Fed Ex Center inside the hotel which doesn't open until 9am so my package doesn't get delivered. If your going to offer First Overnight to a location then you should make sure that your Fed Ex office is even open at that time :/

They reply to about 20% of emails directed to them and the only safe way to get a response is through the bellagio concierge who are superb. I emailed them directly weekly about a parcel which they then returned to sender saying it had been there a month. Dealing there in person you have to ask them to check repeatedly for parcels and then “Hey Presto” here it is. Not a one star review because ...I don’t know. Incompetent but not rude, at least.

This FedEx Office Center is ABSOULTELY still there. The are located at the entrance to the Convention Center and they are responsible for ALL incoming and outgoing shipping as well as any print needs of hotel guests.
