    Nice employees but we were staying at Caesars and had an envelope. Less than a few oz. With a prepaid label from the person I was mailing it to and they wanted a $7 handling fee. Seriously? For taking an envelope that was complete and they didn’t even need to print a label or seal it. No thanks. FedEx needs to look into... read full comment

    Staff is friendly, but I came in with a small package that was labeled and prepaid, and they wanted SEVEN DOLLARS to drop it off. That's ridiculous.
