Staff is great - manager at this location …. not sure if there’s a back story for her behavior or what her name is, but I witnessed her giving major attitude with the way she answered questions to one of the store employees. I don’t like bully behavior & I almost said something to her but figured if I leave a review, maybe it will be escalated and she’ll be talked to. Writing this Saturday 8/24 @ 5:55p so the manager on site at this time can be identified

This is the best Fed Ex Center In Las Vegas. Great customer service. I want to give a special shout out to Suz for going above and beyond with customer care. She assisted me in finding a tracking number that had been misplaced. She found the number and saved my day.
Everyone is always to helpful and polite at this FedEx center.
It is clean and very well managed.
Thank you.
FedEx for making my customer experience a most satisfying one.

One star? Too many. What a terrible experience. I tried to get a package shipped. I was attended by "Feli"?? I'm not sure, because her nametag was upside down. I explained I wanted a flat poster shipped, and she retrieved a suitable box. Then she proceeded to not actually use the tongue/slot to build the box; she just taped it shut. Then she asked me for my FedEx account. I told her I didn't have one. Then, she asked me for my FedEx account. I told her (again) I did not have one. Then, she asked for my driver's license. I said I had never been asked for that just to ship a package before, and she said it is required by law. I present my ID. She confirms I am shipping to my IDs address, and I say no - a different address. She looks confused, and confirms again. I say (again...I'm seeing a trend here) I want to ship to another address. She says I don't understand - that the package has to go to my ID's address. I say no, I don't want to ship it there. We really are at an impasse here, as she can't wrap her cognitive functions around such an absurd idea as shipping to an address not on the driver's license. I say if she can't do that, we can't proceed, and I'll take my package elsewhere. She then takes over three minutes trying to cut open the box she taped, using a razor box cutter. By the way, the other workers at the location never came over, or tried to help, despite some rather pleading looks.
I was going to the LV convention center anyway, so I found the FedEx location in the Central Hall, and I got the package shipped. However, that location charged an additional fee - and the cost of the shipment was more than the cost of the package itself. And the only reason I was charged that LVCC fee, is because "Feli" is - and I mean this in the nicest way possible - an unthinking, incapable, moron.
Zero stars. Negative stars.

Edit: Monday 01/22/2024 - Package still hasn't arrived. Says by end of day today, but the date has kept changing.Horrible experience. I went on 01/16/2024. At the front, I said to the worker at the counter, "I hope it's not too late to overnight something?" It was about 4pm. She gave me several options. There were 2 for overnight. Both pricey, but I needed it to get there for my dad's birthday on the 17th. After a few questions I decided on one of the overnight options ($165), and I made sure to get confirmation from her (otherwise there's no way I would've paid that amount) abt the date. She assured me that it would indeed get there the following day (the 17th) by end of day. It didn't get there. I went back to the store today (Jan 18th), and they tell me about a delay, which I was NEVER told about. I was never made aware that there was even a slim chance that there was a possibility it might not get there the following day. & now we have to wait until Friday (01/19) for it to get there. I called customer service. They told me I didn't qualify for any sort of credit/refund, although the price for it to have gotten there on Friday would've been different.

The employees here go above and beyond to help me whenever I come in. I believe her name is Ericka, she's helped me the most.I also like browsing the yellow tag clearance items they have on the racks.This is a great store and I also appreciate the complimentary WiFi.

I was so impressed with Tosha. I feel horrible because I just knew I would remember her name and now here I am, not sure about it. She really went above and beyond to help me. I honestly was dreading going to the store because I thought this task would be many hours and many misprints and wasted money, and she had me in and out of there, laughing the whole time. I also went to this location because of the large parking lot. I didn’t want to park somewhere far away and then walk. Highly recommend and would go back for more jobs, work or personal. Highly recommend.

Great staff. Quick turnaround on print. Helped to trim the print as well.
