The staff at this location were beyond helpful and sweet. I couldn’t be more grateful for their help. Big shoutout to Ni-kei and Noah. These folks deserve a raise. Great customer service and attitude. These two individuals are going places.

I purchased a poster at the Dead Forever experience within the Venetian. I was instructed to go downstairs to the fedex location so that I could ship my poster home instead of carrying it around on my vacation and travel and risk damage.
I arrive at the window and ask to purchase a cardboard tube to place the poster in. No problem, i pay the $6 and am given the tube.
I then ask to ship the tube home. I am told “we finna close, you can go to another location (over 1 mile away) they close in an hour.”
????? I’m at the window and I purchased the tube, but I am unable to ship it? The window was essentially shut in my face because the clock struck 5:00 while I was standing there.
Pure laziness.
I had a flight out early the next morning and was unable to ship it home. I was forced to carry this tube on my flight and pay a bag fee.

Employees intercepted an Amazon package not using FedEx and stole the contents. No way to contact Fed EX.

I wouldn’t give it 1 star if I didn’t have to. they want to charge you $7 to drop off a pre-addressed, pre-paid envelope. this on top of the fact their information is incorrect on the map and the directories in the palazzo and venetian don’t provide directions.so after you walk around for 30 minutes attempting to find you they try to charge you for a free service.

Poor service from this location. If we could give a 0 star, I would. Placed an online order for custom brochures from this location. Had someone pick up the order the next day and the order was printed incorrectly. I called the location and was told that the online order said one-sided. Our Fedex office account has a receipt that said double-sided. I told them what I had on my Fedex receipt and they insisted that the order was one-sided. Next, I was told to return the brochures for a refund.
One of our staff returned the brochures in person for a refund and the manager at the location could not even process the refund on site because the order was placed online and would have to through Fedex Office Customer Service to get the refund. They provided a receipt that the brochures were returned.
I called Customer Service and they were surprised that the Venetian Branch could not process the return onsite and I was told they didn't have the instructions to process the return. The Fedex Customer Service Rep called the location, provided them the instructions to process the refund, said they would monitor the account until it was complete, and I would get a call. I am still waiting for a call. We went to the Venetian Fedex branch because they were open on weekends.
Looks like this location needs to have a refresher on customer service, handling customer complaint, and refund policies/processes.
We ended up placing the order at the he Fedex at Caesar's Forum and they did an amazing job!

Shipper Beware of Resort location handling charge!!!!
They have exorbitant handling charges at this location. The person managing the desk sprung this on me as I was dropping off my luggage.
$20 for a 28lbs box and $30 for a large suitcase. These are “resort handling charges” apart from shipping charge. What a scam!!!

I dropped off a large package at this location and was told that we needed to send this by freight and that we had to figure that out ourselves online but could leave the package there and once the label was created they would handle it from there. We did so and then the next day someone called me to pay an additional $250 handling fee which we weren't made aware of, I said I needed to verify some of this information and tried calling back several times and was unable to reach anyone. The next day I called and was told the charge was $80, I gave my credit card. The next day I found my card was not charged and I hadn't received a receipt that I requested. I called again and was told I had to email them. They informed me that I hadn't filled out required paperwork specific to (which they didn't provide until this moment) and that my credit card information was shredded and not processed, they also said the charge was $250.
I am very dissatisfied and would recommend you use any other courier than Fed Ex.

There's only 2 computer stations at this location. Chrome is outdated on them and the keyboards are filthy. No option to add more time to your session while your in the session. Then the whole computer reboots so you've got to start all over again. Gotta be a better way. Whole location needs improvement and attention.

It is located near the hotel conference room on the first floor. It is suitable for people who need to print documents temporarily while on a business trip. Self-service Internet printing only costs about 0.7 per page. The service is very good!

I had my GameStop store leader conference at the hotel here and got a lot of free goodies that I couldn't bring on the plane for a lot of other store leaders who are trying to ship that stuff too. So there's really long lines and the associate took the time to help all of us and was very kind and friendly and got us taken care of very quickly.

After paying in exuberant amount of money per package to receive my package that I had delivered the audacity that they won't lend you a cart to take your packages to where you need to be but they will deliver it to wherever you want for another few no compassion know who humanity no common sense do not use this facility.

Ramon was incredibly helpful in helping us decide the best methods and materials to use with our project. He did an excellent job and it took less than half the time we thought it would. We had a great experience at this location and will ask for him next time we are here in the hotel.
