DO NOT GO HERE!They do NOT want to help you, they DO like to mean mug and give excuses as to why they can’t ring anything up for you.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and VERY inconvenient. As I was about to spend hundreds here but the employees cost fedex my business for good.I’ll just stick to ebay & vista-print for ALL my office and printing needs.Definitely shipping with UPS from now on.I will tell EVERYONE I meet to do the same.(as you can see pictured nobody helping anyone and the employee just gawking at me for trying to attempt to buy something.

I needed the services of the FedEx shop located inside the West Hall of the Convention center and it was very expensive to get 30 pages printed. Their system was down and took ages to complete the order and the quality was pretty low. Not worth.Print your material in advance, avoid using their service if you can.

Worst experience ever. Purchased the film during the show and had it shipped from this office at the convention center valued at over $1500. The new employee working there put wrong declared value of $100. When asked to change it soon as I realized it, I was informed that it was corrected. My three boxes of film got lost and I got a check for $100 that barely covers the shipping cost. This location and the main office is refusing to take any responsibility. Do not ship from this location.

Both the manager and supervisor assisted me at the most critical moment. I needed cards done day of being that I flew across the United States to attend the conference. They both were understanding and compassionate towards the urgency of which the task needed to be completed. They exceeded my expectations with flying colors. I will be referencing FedEx office to all of my friends, family and colleagues. You were team here in Las Vegas Nevada. Store number 5042 is truly an exceptional team as their team work and Customer Service is beyond five stars. Thank you FedEx!

I shipped some packages out at this location, accidentally I left my license there during my purchase. Communication to find and get me my license back was very easy. Noone made excuses, responsibility was takin and I had my license back the next day after contact. I also received my packages much faster then expected. Good service all round.

I just want to make it clear I am not sure where to write to in order to voice our concerns in regard to the last few FedEx deliveries that have came to our home. We have done business with FedEx for some time and now all of a sudden we are getting deliveries and the drivers will just drop the package or box at our door and not even knock to let us know that we have a delivery on our porch, the last delivery we received sat on our porch overnight and if it had not been for the visitor we had next morning it could have been stolen. And we are seniors' think this is a problem. Why did the drivers stop knocking on the door to let you know?

So this place is completly in need of new management. They are confused as how to take customers in order and disrupts the entire idea of helping customers. Tyler is especially in need of direction. When customers are in line and someone walks in and asks for a product, that is not the time to walk away from ringing up a customer, help the new person, and then ring them up ahead of the waiting customers. If you have a line, finish what you start.

Given the choice, it deserves 0 stars! I use Fed Ex around the US and this location is BY FAR the most incompetent of any I've ever used. A major trade show broke and when we entered the line, it became obvious they were understaffed and it took 1 1/2 hours to ship our product due to the wait in line. Management take notice: STAFF ACCORDINGLY FOR MAJOR SHOWS LIKE SHRM!!

Both of the paradise locations are very incompetent and don't really know anything they are talking about. Will never ship through them again.
