Staff member at this location took my packages and didn't provide a confirmation. Dhe looked at the packages and said they didn't have a device to scan the packages, so I wasn't going to get one. I still left the packages. I had surgery a week ago, and I was in pain. I hope my packages get to their destination ?

FedEx is in a convenient location with free parking close to the door. This is a good place to send out packages nationwide. You can also return packages that were ordered on line or purchased by phone from QVC or HSN. Employees will provide assistance, if requested, to move heavy packages from your car into the store. Employees always provide excellent service.

Terrific service. I was dropping of a DTV return. The staff took care of everything and e-mailed a receipt to me.
