Horrible experience got way over charged on a package I shipped. When I called to get it sorted out I got transfered around to multiple different people none of which would do anything to help or explain how to resolve the issue. Will never ship with fed ex again worst customer service I've ever seen!!!!!

I wanted to mail a letter and they wouldn't do it. They told me I needed a FedEx label. Why would I need to bring my own FedEx label? Shouldn't they supply the labels since they're mailing the items?!

Employdid not know they offered Fed Ex and they did not know how to do a drop. Had to take it to Fed Ex
