Customer service is very poor. They couldn’t take my package because I was dropping g off something that was to be billed to my corporate account, they refused my package. I have never had this issue before. Customer service was rude and uninformed.

Good customer service. Friendly and helpful. Neat and organized interior. Fast and efficient. Minimal wait. Convenient location with lots of parking.

Look at my pictures for more info.This Fedex is a DROPOFF AND PICKUP ONLY location. You cannot buy shipping labels. The location of this Fedex is INSIDE the market at the VONS CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK. There is no official “Fedex” office inside the market.
