I'm visiting my sister out of state. She needed to boxsend back a box. Found one just up the street using map quest. The only thing was the map sent me to Walgreens, but there was no FedEx sign outside. Drove around twice.Map said, "You have arrived"So I went in and the FedEx is in the photo department.Interesting.

Went in for a couple items. While waiting to pay, the cashier Robin, either was having the worst possible day of her life, or just the worst customer service. She was extremely rude to an older man in front of us that didn't understand a coupon and talked down to him as if he were a 3yo kid. Then came our turn and all I could think was what we're we in for.We had picked up two items that were buy one get on 50% off and the register didn't ring it up. Robin talked to us like we are stupid and told us it's because we are not members. We went back to the isle and took a picture of the sale tags. We were right but she kept arguing with us. We would have probably paid full price just to get out of the store but because she was so rude to others, we waited until she got the price corrected and rang us up. This Robin needs an attitude adjustment and better customer service. After reading other reviews I see customer service is a continued issue at this location.

On 10/27/23 4:30-5:30 Store on Spring Mountain & Jones.I literally witnessed an employee commit a crime. Description: A White chubby nasty-looking shady customer service personnel was working on the register. There was an elderly gentleman of Asian descent purchasing a few small bags of candy. I let him go ahead of me because I had to get something else. When I came back he was still there! I was listening to the employee as another registere opened up but I stayed there. The old man looked confused as to what the guy was telling him. I'm thinking that he's confused about what name is under the Walgreens discount. He said a few things to this customer that raised my suspicions because he really wasn't answering his questions just hurrying him on. But when he told him to put in his social security # I looked at the man as he was putting it in talking about it being a good price for the candy. I said, Sir. You do not have to apply for a credit card to get the discount. I said that to the employee too. He's buying a card. He says to me as he turns and pauses, no he applied. No, you applied! He bought it I said! He's confused that's why he keeps saying to you as he is trying to put his debit card into the feeder, how much???! How much over again, I said to him. He finally tells him they'll mail him a card! As he rushes him! I told the elderly man not to ever give his social security number like this again, he said you were approved because he didn't tell you that your credit was run and you didn't even know it!! So I told your shady employee that you knew that he didn't understand any of what just happened! & everyone I told this to said that I should have recorded it so that they'd have to address it! But It was all in the moment and all I could do was to try to help this man. It's unclear if I did because of me speaking English and he's elderly. Yet, I tried Unlike your shady employee!! This sickened me! He tricked this old man when there was clearly a language barrier and elderly confusion at play. However, I was in the right place at the right time!! I will be checking out how I can ensure this is not the norm at your stores by inquiries to friends at Metro. Such as have there been complaints filed on this matter? BBB complaints? I know for a fact an employee is not supposed to push or pressure credit cards on consumers and not take advantage of the elderly and/or disabled.And if this is some kind of inside employee reward program for this kind of pushy unethical behavior then Walgreens should be sued & fined! My hope is this man has a family whom he will speak to and will cut up that card and cancel it & tell him what I did was trying to tell him right so that he won't do this again and doing stuff like this will ruin your credit!! Maybe they won't know till it's too late like most families.

The level of incompetence is astounding. I scheduled an appointment for testing online and drove across town. When I got there they said the test which I specifically signed up for was not available. Why advertise it, and send a confirmation email? There was another test available but they would not allow me to register at the store. They said I had to go back home and register again and set a new appointment. The woman at the window couldn't have cared less. What an awful company.

5 stars for the service I received at the pharmacy front eh gentleman who was working the counter. Gotta look for the receipt to put his name here. I ran in the store frantic as my 3 year old son was having a horrible allergic reaction. As I told him the situation, he attended me very fast and unboxed the medication as I made the credit card transaction which helped me rush out and give my son the Benadryl. Thank you Sir!

Walgreens have gone down hill especially this location.Most of issues are with the weekend morning staff,it happens way to many times.I only shop there if they are having a good sale but always hard to get the deal.The last time I shopped there I made sure to look at the labels & get the right items.So I go to checkout & again I was supposed to get a total of $15 in resgiter rewards but it didn't work.So I ask for a manager to fix it but she came out with an attitude.This occurs a lot here at this store but this time it was worse.The manager refused to fix it & said not my problem it's corporate.She keep saying that over & over again then her cashier chime in too.I said how is that fair I saw your sale bought those items but I didn't get my reward.What is sense of even shopping here.Then the manager actually yelled at me & said either buy or leave.Aboulstely deployable behavior it's ridiculous they can act like this,there no excuse for this behavior.I did called corporate but they did nothing.So I will just stick with CVS they honor there sales & fix it if needed.
