Rude staff. Very inconsistent. I'm a regular here as I own a business and used them for a lot of print jobs. Some staff will do projects and help you and others won't. Sad to say I've gave them a lot of business but they continue to let me down. Won't be back here.

Two of 3 printers are down and they just stand around and say they can't help you have to wait in line fore the one printer .... Smh

Ron greeted me with a genuine happy greeting that was very welcoming and he was very helpful walking me through the process of printing a label and selecting the correct package size I needed. He also has a good sense of humor and sounded like a flight attendant while walking me through the print and go process. Great energy and clean store.

I'm sure they are good for some things but every time I try to use them it's something.I tried to ship a package near closing time.The card machine was having an issue and wouldn't take the card. A bank is across the street they wouldn't wait the 5 minutes it would have taken to hit the atm and come back to pay cash.. so I went to "The UPS Store" the next day say box/info/value it was $10 cheaper.. guess I stick with the guys in the Brown truck..

Can u get some qualified staff here ?? Had to leave this place because no one knew what they were talking about. TRAIN YOUR STAFF PROPERLY! Waste of time ! Went to the post office instead. Rediculous.

Happy Sunday Funday! What a productive day! I love this location because the staff are super nice and patient with you! I came here because I needed to shred a TON of mail and important documents and it was very quick! Ashley made sure I was taken care of and it was well worth the cost. I had 14.80 lb of mail ...don't judge me hahah! But it was less than $25. Thank you so much for being patient, kind and showing compassion to your customers! If you're ever in need of any type of Office Equipment and supplies...FedEx is your place to be! Have a great day on purpose!

I'm sure experiences will vary based on the workload of the print center on any given day and time... but I was extremely pleased with the service I got in a pinch. I was in town for a business trip, needed business cards, and discovered that I had left my business cards at home.It was getting to be late enough in the day (5PM) that many local print shops were closed and I was running out of options. Even some of the other FedEx stores and UPS stores were closing by 5 or 6, but this one stays open later.So anyway, they showed me how to draft a card on one of their computers... I went with a very simple design because that's all I really needed, and it needed to be quick. They were able to get me the cards that same evening which was exactly what I needed. Happy camper here!

I hate this place. Every time I come here I have problems performing simple tasks. I literally follow instructions to a tee, and things still never work like they're supposed to. I resend the same document to
[email protected] and it never goes through. How hard can it be to email a doc and print it! They've made technology too complicated. And it's even worse when the music is loud and annoying, so I can't focus on the task at hand--which is always. There's nothing worse than trying to troubleshoot why the printed instructions aren't working with Rihanna screaming in your ear.

Ron is so awesome. He's an asset to this company. He greet everyone that walks in the building with a smile and always offer his help. I once saw him helping an elderly woman. He was so patient with her until she got all that she needed to print out correctly. If you ever need anything done in this store, just look for Ron and I'll assure you that will be more than happy to get things done for you. Furthermore, their equipment seem to be always working compared to other FedEx stores that offer plan printer.Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Probably one of the best FedEx centers I've ever been to. I'm sad that I don't live here and can't use the store often. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. Very attentive to each person that walked in the store and waited in line. The manager was training a new person and he was doing a good job being patient and helpful to the new trainee. He then helped me and was having troubles with his printer for my receipt on an important package. He came up for with a clever solution to get me out the door quickly. Thank you FedEx center in Las Vegas!

I went here just today, 7/11/22 at about 5:50pm. There was a small line ahead of me and there were many staff members going about some tasks in the background. In a timely manner, one of the staff switched from what they were doing to the register. This felt good for me to see that they cared about our wait time even if the line wasn't terribly long. Then another staff did the same, and it was not long before I was being served. My staff member was Drew, and he was very friendly, and still effective in taking care of my packages in a timely manner. Very attentive. I had forgotten one package in the car, so I went out and came back. there were 2 customers in front of me, but it again was not long till I was up. I did not see her name tag, but a woman was helping me this time, and her service was also excellent. I was very impressed by the whole staff, and would recommend this store to anyone.
