Vangie and Gen helped me. Vangie is amazing and beyond helpful. She was sweet and so knowledgeable of the options available. She made my printing experience seamless. I will be a lifelong customer of FedEx because of Vangie!

Some of the workers are nice, and since FedEx took over Kinko’s and they are sell stamps maybe they should because that everything’s gonna be sent by FedEx so maybe they can increase her business

Vangie saved the day once again!! She really represents the FedEx brand! I will go out of my way to use this location because of her amazing service. I really hope corporate knows that this employee is deserving of a big raise. She is the reason I will be back and she is the reason I will continue to use FedEx!! I only go to this fedex location because it’s literally a mike away from my house. The employees are nice but they only have ONE computer that works. YOU NEED MORE THAN ONE COMPUTER THAT CAN SCAN PACKAGES WHEN YOUR SENDING OR RETURNING PACKAGES!!!

Nice FedEx inside a Walmart. Have received help from Dennis who provides outstanding customer service. There is a lady who works here that is also very nice. Not as busy as traditional FedEx locations and there is self help stations for PC use, printing, scanning, copying and fax. I prefer FedEx over Office Depot when it comes to this feature.

vangie was Amazing! I don't know what I would have done without her help assisting me in getting my passport Renewal sent out in time. Helped me on the computer, printed everything out for me. Even made a phone call verifying I had the right address because I wasn't sure. I'll go back to that location just because of her!

I went to this Fed Ex location because it's inside Walmart and I needed to make copies. But I won't go back because they should have informed me that they would charge my credit card $10.00 as a retaining fee until I was done printing my copies. So they charged my card a total of $12.39. The $10.00 is showing pending and will be credited back to my account within a few days. They have the obligation to inform customers.
