This store is trash, they have promotional sales to get you reeled in and won’t even honor the sales. I’ve never had some many orders cancelled from a single company. And they blame it on 3rd party software. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere, they seriously aren’t worth the headaches and excuses. Sounds like they’re just getting interest free loans from people.

Be aware of this store!!
I am a Hong Kong customer and enter a draw from their release page, website obviously is showing HKD as my IP is in Hong Kong, I won the draw and order confirmed, then i realize that they have a price error at their web store, the price of the sneaker is in HKD but the shipping fee is in USD, I originally thought i just need to pay HKD 40=USD 5 for shipping fee but now i have to pay USD 40=HK$320, it is 8 times of the price that i agree to pay, i asked them to cancel or change to ship to US address and they refused, their CS manager even think their web store is all good and ignore my question/request and shipped my order anyway.
see attached photos, this price error is happening on every sneaker draw which can ship worldwide. Product price is in HKD but the Shipping fee is in USD, can anybody tell me what currency should be in total if this case?!
WORST CS experience i have ever had across US sneaker retailer.

Las Vegas local. Been going here/supporting this local business for years. Recently received an online order for a Feature branded hoodie that didn't fit. Tried to exchange for a smaller size at this location. Was told I am not able to make an exchange and had to go through customer service through their online support. Would have to pay for shipping to return the item and receive store credit if the return was approved. Received an email the next day.
Return wasn't approved. Don't understand why it's so hard to make a simple size exchange for the exact same hoodie. A Feature branded hoodie. The hoodie literally says FEATURE across the chest and they wouldn't accept an exchange. Tried to support a local Vegas business by wearing their brand and get no love back. SMH. They got their sale though so that's all that matters to them. Keep catering to the tourist and taking their money. I won't be supporting this brand any longer.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My horrible experience with them is on par with the poor customer service that they have. Do yourself a favor and save the disappointment and heartache dealing with them.

THIS BUSINESS IS SHADY!!! I ordered a pair of sneakers for an event I had on 10/13, I paid for expedited shipping that per the website promised to deliver to me on 10/12. When the order did not ship for days I contacted customer service who ignored my communications and did not even ship the order until 10/12 the day it was promised to deliver. The package did not arrive until 10/16 after I no longer needed them; when I tried to return the shoes they finally responded and said I couldn't return it because it was final sale. The shoes also look used and the customer service is horrible, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OF A SHOP!!!

Reported to BBB 09/06 and BBB just got back to me that that have not heard from Feature. Check features BBB reviews and you will see a host of negative reviews with serious complaints, none of which have been resolved by the owners or management. They do not care.$15,000+ spent here over 4 years and I cannot get a human to respond to a very real situation / complaint.

Unfortunately truly horrible customer service. For a week I've contacted them about changing a shipping service on all of their socials and the customer service email with no response. Looks like others have the same issue with non-existent customer service. While the selection looks nice, not worth the buy when there's zero communication.

Don’t buy anything from them , they’ll only give you store credit they don’t have live agents and if you try to cancel an item you’ll get ignored and your order they don’t cancel it , you’ll get stuck with and if it’s final sale you’ll get stuck with it as well . I’ll warn you they’re customer service is horrible I sent them multiple emails they responded 5 days later . My point I try to cancel the same day and moment I ordered my item and I never got any customer service so your order will get processed and they’ll tell you you can’t cancel it to return it for store credit. .. Try working with your bank if they do this to you . This was an online order I placed .
