This company is a scam.
I found a good deal on something that seemed too good to be true, and they randomly cancelled my order because they claimed the system they use to review purchases suspected my order as fraud which is a total lie. They told me to use PayPal, which I did and they cancelled the order as well claiming it to be fraud….
I have never had a card or PayPal declined in my life, which tells me that something they are doing is fraudulent. I will be reporting this business to the BBB, they should not be in business, ever.
These guys are the worst and their customer services is horrible.

Placed an order with a 50% discount code, company claims my card did not go through even though i got a receipt and saw the charge on my card, so they sent me a cancellation email, and said i need to place a new order, but at full price since promo code expired.
Total bait and switch, beware of this company!

The customer service was very swift and responsive. I made an error with my order and emailed customer service on a Sunday and received multiple emails back the same day. They were able to fix my order before fulfilling it, saving me time and money.

Las Vegas local. Been going here/supporting this local business for years. Recently received an online order for a Feature branded hoodie that didn't fit. Tried to exchange for a smaller size at this location. Was told I am not able to make an exchange and had to go through customer service through their online support. Would have to pay for shipping to return the item and receive store credit if the return was approved. Received an email the next day.
Return wasn't approved. Don't understand why it's so hard to make a simple size exchange for the exact same hoodie. A Feature branded hoodie. The hoodie literally says FEATURE across the chest and they wouldn't accept an exchange. Tried to support a local Vegas business by wearing their brand and get no love back. SMH. They got their sale though so that's all that matters to them. Keep catering to the tourist and taking their money. I won't be supporting this brand any longer.

Always get great service when I shop here, they greet you coming in ask if I'm looking for anything when I shop I like to be given space and not asked every few mins. But always on point shopping here. A must spot to shop for sneakers and hype

Stopped by today while grabbing lunch in the area, but I doubt I'll return. With my retail experience, I spotted the telltale signs of “retail swam” or “gum on the floor” fairly quickly. Although the two ladies and one Asian guy behind the counter were pleasant, the security guard might need some retraining. While I've used the online CDG service, I'll explore other options for my daughters' purchases in the future. It would have been nice if the white couple who came in after us received similar treatment. They even tried on shoes while the worker remained behind the counter. However, when my wife tried on shorts, the guard's behavior was peculiar. He lingered by the door and even entered the dressing room after her, which felt uncomfortable, especially considering he knew she had just one item, as he requested the hanger from me when she entered.

More about the store and service than shoe. Item still has not arrived and customer support is not willing to check on the package. Advised I had to wait 30 days from ship date to file a claim and receive refund. Will not be shopping at Feature again. The sneaker game is too large not to properly support customers.
