Just moved here from CA and needed to register my car and get a new ID. I had an appointment at 11:15am (showed up at 10:40am) and wasn't called until 2:10pm. Once we were called, it still took about 40-50 minutes to process all the paper work. On top of that, their system was down so they couldn't use my passport to process my ID. So... after about 3.5 hours... i STILL have to come back and do this all over again simply because their system was down. Beyond frustrating. Employees were nice, but doesn't make up for the time lost.

I came here after getting a really high quote elsewhere. Definitely not the most beautiful office, but the service I got was very good. They got me my registration and plates for a very reasonable price. I was a little bit surprised, to be honest. I rarely leave feedback on Google, but I think this business is underrated and they deserve better feedback.

They are here to make your life easier and not make you deal with the 6 hours wait at the DMV, and Angel at the office makes it even easier he knows what he is doing.I really recommend them for anything you need from the DMV except of course if you need to renew your driver license other than that I always go to them.Thank you for the great service again .
