I tried calling for a question about a stain if it’ll be able to get removed and pricing before i stopped by and the man couldn’t even give me an answer without having to know where I live first and wasn’t happy with my answer of “ Las Vegas “ just gave me weird vibes ???

I came in yesterday as a new customer. As I walked in the man at the front desk magically disappeared.After standing there for a few minutes, I became disappointed. Why would you take off as a customer enters your establishment ? He finally walks over from a corner. He decided to stop working on someone's clothes to come help me. He points down to the counter. No greeting. No sorry for the wait. Just looks at me and points at the counter. I asked if I get a greeting? He said he did greet me. You didn't hear? Gaslighting your potential customer is a red flag. I like to feel appreciated where I spend my money.Service: Laundry wash & fold

I like the fact they carried ALL my clothing into my vehicle. My clothing were just as I asked even got out a super hard to get out stain that I didn't think was possible to remove. I'll be going back!

Two years ago I gave Fredy Lee .Fur for Cleaning and a jacket for the dry cleaning he lost my Fur made of sable for three years I cannot collect from him ,he been promising me he'll return it to me but it's haven't happened yet then he completely ruined my jacket made from the lamb now I cannot find him he don't return my phone calls and unfortunately I don't have the receipts to go to the small Court, guys what should I do??

Not sure I'll be back. Cost way too much... I guess I played for next day service as well as the cleaning of my clothes. Had a pair of pants with a couple of grease stains still there.... but that's what I get for not being on my priorities and taking them to my normal spot. In so many words...Lesson learned .

Fantastic cleaner is the fastest, best priced, most crisp cleaning quality dry cleaners in the area. I go here every week to make sure my suits are ready to go and Moon always gets mine on point. I love this place and Always will come back. Thank you Moon and Fred!

He went above and beyond. I dropped off my laundry, I said "I don't need you to fold anything". He put all my shirts on hangers anyway. I love when people do a good job even when asked not to.

I use to love coming to this place, but over the last 2 years the quality of work they put in is horrible by the visit. Today was my final straw. I brought in a few sweaters and a pair of 200$ jeans from gstar. When I picked up my clothes and arrived home to put them away I noticed they had ruined my jeans, once nice dark grey with a shiny look is now very light grey and a dingy white look as if it sat in steam for way to long. They took out all the shine and the dark look the jeans use to have.

I've never tried wash-n-fold service, but definitely needed while on a very lengthy vacation getaway -- and this place came in quite clutch. Not far off the strip, they turned my laundry next-day and everything turned out well. All laundry neatly stacked, socks matched fairly well -- albeit not perfectly, but that's ok. Price was reasonable as well! Would come back again!
