It is now 810 and the store opens at 8...the lady is looking at me and my family.. refusing to let us in... refusing service.. is Horrible service.. yet racism is swept under the rug :(

Do not bother calling, nobody ever answers the phone at 1401 N Decatur Blvd. So sad on how we have fallen to were companies do need even need to bother answering their office phone for customers. Manager and District manager over this location needs a wake up call or they need to look for a job in a industry were customer service is not needed or cared about

Went to family Dollar on Decatur and lake Mead yesterday around 5:30pm to buy a gallon milk for my kids the milk was spoiled now I'm trying to call them to let them know and their phone number is disconnected

Today, June 4th, at about 10am, I tried to enter the store at Lake Mead & N Decatur Blvd. I was on my electric scooter. Yes I am disabled. I can only walk for short distances. The woman behind the counter rudely told me my scooter was not allowed in the store. It was against their compliance code.I asked if I could leave it just inside the store as I had things from the Smart& Final in the same center. Again she informed me to remove my scooter from the store. I would have to park it outside!!!! Up untill today I have gone to that store for 2-3 years, on board my scooter with no questions asked. As a matter of fact I have frequently had employes go out of their way to help me. Will no longer be shopping at a Family Dolllar store. I live in a senior community and I will be letting all my neighbors know about this awful experience!!!!!

This store is great! Prices are just right & u can find most of ur needs every time u shop here. I love this store. Sort of like an all u need in one shop! Check it out!!??
