Worst place ever the girl doesn’t know how to do her job right, please train these associates!! She had an attitude to top it off and that’s no way of treating someone not even if your day is going bad because my day was bad but I ain’t giving anyone a bad day because of it. seriously need better people working here! People please don’t go and deal with this poor customer service if I could rate this store it’ll be a -5 because yes it was that bad.

I love family dollar good deals good coupons slow service at times but they are looking for more employees I am going to apply there for part time work family dollar and dollar tree are my go to stores for alot of things

Not only is this store extremely ghetto which I deal with because that's just the neighborhood I live in but I go there tonight 20 minutes before closing and they've already lock their doors and shut down their registers. My apologies, but I do believe that when store hours say they close at 10 o'clock I expect it to be open until 10 o'clock

I shop this store regularly on 860 E. Twain, suite 123 Las Vegas, NV. Tonight, on 03/13/2023, I was there purchasing some items. Right when I got into the store, before I started on my shopping; I saw this lady behind the counter; running the cash register fighting with the security guy and very rude to the customers. Not a good vibe right off the bat when entering the store. So, when I get up to the register to pay, I asked the employee if she could double bag my groceries (like I always do) and she ask me "Sir, I can't do that, I'll give you the bag so you can do it! I never had that problem before with your employees. She was very rude and she said she was the store manager and that she didn't want to sell anything to me. And I asked why? I am going to pay it. And she said that she would sell to me, but I need to be quite. I never in my experience as a regular customer there have I every had someone be so, negative, rude and nasty to me. I also saw her being very rude to her co-workers; She said she was the store manager, if she don't like her job why work there? I don't think you would want someone working at your store giving such a horrible experience. I've been shopping at this same location for about 6 years and never had someone treat me as aweful as she did!

This stores employees are great, very friendly and helpful when needed. The carts can't go outside, so keep that in my mind when shopping for big bulky items. They have a pretty good selection of groceries and other items. Dollar Tree/ family dollar all in one. The wait at checkout can get kind of long, but the employees work hard to keep it moving fast and efficient.

I recently just moved here to Nevada from Washington state. In Washington state when it's a Family Dollar or dollar store that's what it is a dollar store. This Family Dollar had items more than a dollar 5 10 15 20. It's an okay store but it was over stocked. Kind of claustrophobic if you ask me. It was on par with your standard grocery store as far as the stock prices that it had. I would go here again but only if I knew they had something I wanted at a dollar.
