Extremely RUDE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Today Sunday July 30th 10am. I asked store personnel for Laundry detergent and she advised that she could not leave the register as she was the only one there at the time and I understood. She stepped out front to ask her coworker Frank to assist and he told her he could not get it because it was stuck in the back under a lot of items. I did not understand what that meant since it was laundry detergent not to mention a hazard for it to be inaccessible in storage. I was directed to a guy by the name of Frank who was outside smoking, When the moment was fitting I asked him if ge could retrieve the items. He proceeded to be rude told me he could not get the laundry soap because it was in the back stuck and if his coworker wasn’t late she would have known that. He then begins to vent about being under staff etc. I told him I understood his frustration, but as a customer he was being very rude in his delivery without providing any solution when the product was avaliable for me. After I stated that this wasn’t fair to me as a patron of this establishment. He continues to be rude then as I was walking towards the laundry section to see if I could possibly use something else, he came behind me saying “what do you want”? I again informed him that he was being rude in the way he was speaking to me,then tells me he’s coming out of his way to help me. At this point I again told him I didn’t appreciate his attitude and he said “now I’m not about to help you; I’m going out of my way for you”. He walked away.I went back up to the front register and asked the other young lady by the name of Andrea to assist me I asked her if she could switch positions with Frank, so that she could get the items that I needed for laundry. After calling for Frank for about 10 minutes he finally came to the front and she requested to switch positions to assist me. Andrea proceeded to the back show me the price points between the items and gave me the product that I was looking for without any complication. She was very polite and kind and apologize for his behavior. She didn’t have to do that but it was very much appreciated.This is my second experience with Frank being rude and having very poor customer service. Even though the store maybe under staff there’s always a way to deliver bad news to a customer. Even though in this instance he just did not want to assist me judging by the outcome. I am hoping that the store could get management and staff that provides a better customer experience. Although this isn’t the classiest side of town it doesn’t mean that this store could not represent a behavior of standards that is needed in our community. Most people that live in North Vegas are hard-working and family oriented. When patronizing a store we should be given, and give the upmost respect to one another as our kindness goes along way in changing our community. Frank I prayed for you and hope that you get the support you need to become a better person and employee.

3-28-23 around 9 am I shopped this location. Store was well lit, clean, well stocked. Cashier, nice lady who's name I forgot to ask, was cheerful and friendly. 2 hours later I realize I forgot a bag. I went back, the same cashier was there and had my things set aside! The items barely totaled $4, but that's not the point. I appreciate excellent customer service, and this nice lady went the distance!. This is a good location, and i appreciate the good people who work there. Thank you to all!

The rudest staff!New black guy at register, looking like a broke Lupe Fiasco, with rim glasses, is a clown, doesn't even tell you how much your stuff is. And don't know prices, act like he hanging with his homies, instead of actually doing work!Stop hiring people with NO home training!Do not hire weird clownish people. ??

My wife was looking at laundry detergent and had boxes of detergent dropped her from an employee. When asked if she was ok she said no and the employee only said "I'm sorry". You might have a slight training issue in "customer appreciation" or just a general lack of compassion from one of your employees. This took place on July 11th 2019 around 6PM. I would like to communicate with Management asap to address this issue.

Bad customer service. The store is dirty and unorganized. This is the second family dollar store I've been to where the service was bad.

On 4/6/2019 I went to family dollar at 3626 Las Vegas Blvd N, Las Vegas, NV. Store # 05681. I walk in, there are no carts to use. I look for the items that I want. The water is not near the register, so I can not carry it around with me. I go to the food dept and looked for something to eat. I find the pop pies. There were only 2 chicken and the rest was beef. I got the 2 chicken. Went to the register, the line was very long...I had 8 people in front of me. Only one cashier was working the register. Then a manager come over to help her with a transaction. When the manager was done, she walked out the front door of the store. She had her phone to her ear and just ignored the line. So I finally get to the register. I tell the cashier that I have to grab the case of water because there were no cart. She says" I can ring it up, it is the quest water" I said "no it is the nestle water" She said " oh ok" So I go get the water which is by the front row behind the line of product that you can not walk thru. I get back to the register and she is ringing someone else up. I have to ask them to move over so I can set the water on the counter. They were upset but did it. Then the cashier rings me up. Then I see she did not put the pop pies in a bag. I ask for a bag and she tells me it is penny for the bag. I ask "why". She just says "it just is". I then tell her to refund everything I just bought. She look at the manager that finally come back and got on the other register just as I was going to get the water. I say again just refund it. I should not have to pay for a bag even it penny for my stuff that I bought. Then the man behind me says he will do it. I said no. He said it was not a problem. The cashier said "oh ok" then he walks me out. I will never step foot in this store again.

Store clerk tryed to cheat me out of my money and they charging 0.01(penny) per bag in state that does not gave state taxes.. the clerk said it was policy seems illegal
