Really dislike coming here but it’s near my house the customer service is terrible and majority of items are low in stock one of the cashiers always seems to be in a bad mood scans items no greetings or anything personally in my opinion if you’re not a people’s person customer service shouldn’t be your field of choice.

Great customer service, love the associates. But inventory is always low due to theft considering the area it's understandable but the employees make up for it always offering replacement items. The only thing is it's hard to see the actual items behind the counter if I ever want to purchase anything. Please reorganize or make things more visible.

well it's ok but the manger & cashier r sometimey an r rude most the time I go in there not very friendly or very nice hell I'm sure if the cashier smiles her face probably would brake or shatter I don't know how eather of them still has a job there they have no social skills to deal with customers I dread having to go there but I need to shop so I don't have a choice but to go there???when there thare

Cashier looked annoyed didn't even greet me just scanned everything like she was annoyed, once she was done she put the receipt in bag and turned around without saying anything. Family Dollar really needs to have their employees take customer service classes, and hire people with better attitude...
