I have over 121,000 miles on my premier Volt and have never had not one single failure since buying brand new at this dealership. This is definitely the first vehicle I've ever owned that has never left me stranded anywhere ever in almost 6 years and through all these miles. Every maintenance ever performed was done here.

Stopped in to test drive an ev and check for Labor Day sale, not buy that night. The vehicle I wanted was not on sale but they gave me a nice discount AND they gave me a higher price than I expected for my trade-in so it was a no-brainer to purchase!! Just wish they had or could get the exact vehicle that I wanted because that would have been the icing on the cake ?!

Bad service, bad product. Their sales person was more excited to share information about his wrapped BMW M8 then answering my questions regarding a truck. When asked about the truck, the answers were generic and non knowledgeable. The sales manager Jeremy cussed me out without him realizing I was in the finance office as he was walking by. Not even 24hrs after purchasing the vehicle, my brand new 2024 TrailBoss locks up at the steering wheel with every light on the dash turning on. Vehicle taken to the dealer and I was told it was a software update. 2 weeks later, the steering wheel locks up again in the middle of highway. 2-3 weeks go by and all that was done was once again a code reset with nothing being resolved or answered. Back behind the wheel of a truck I feel unsafe to drive and the dealer couldn’t care less. I have spoken to all sales managers and even emailed the GM himself with no response. Fairway, please save yourself the generic response of “Please give our manager a call at ### to discuss further” when I have given you all enough times to fix this issue. I even spoke to a sales manager about turning in their defective truck you sold me and purchasing a Corvette while we covered the difference. It was never about the money, however it is everything about the safety of the vehicle. They however came back with the lowest value to add insult to injury. 19 vehicle purchases later and this is by far the worst experience. Buyers beware.
***Update 08/30/24. Virginia the CEM has been a great help and has been beyond understanding. We are currently working together on a resolution to my problem and will remove review upon proper resolution***

very customer oriented, the service was fast and efficient. Even though my issue was not totally resolved they came up with a solution to have it 100% resolved. With that I still give them a five star and recommend them to anyone.
