About two days ago, I went to this Ezpawn location because I was referred by another Ez pawn location (Pecos). I needed to get my ring sized. The guys name was (José). When I arrived, I simply asked him a question. I said, "Is my ring going to be safe here?" José must have looked at me as if I offended him. Never want to offend anyone, but I couldn't understand why he would get so mad, just because I asked him a question. Then he went on to say, "You don't trust me?" I would like to trust you, can I?? Why get so mad? All I asked was a question? If you're in the business of customer service and you're handling people's jewelry, im sure other people have asked that question before because it's human nature, but don't get mad, just ensure people's trust. "Don't worry, you can trust me." I didn't understand his frustration, but his frustration made me uncomfortable. Then he said to me, "If you don't trust me, then go somewhere else," and then he walked away. I know I can go somewhere else, not a problem, but I came to you. I took my rings and left, because you dont have to tell me, but once. However, before I left, I went to the jewelry counter, and a nice lady assisted me in buying another ring and called it a day. I never want to offend no one, but if you're in the business of customer service, you have to have thick skin. I'm in the business of customer service too. I'm part of the management team in the medical field. Im a supervisor at my job. (Medication Quality Assurance) I deal with the sick population. You would be amazed at the kind of questions they ask me, but I don't get mad because I understand my job is to make people feel safe and build trust. The way (José)act towards me all because I asked a question. Trust me, he wouldn't survive my job. Some people's jewelry is sentimental, mine is. My late mother gave me jewelry that is very sentimental, and it has meaning to it. You damn right, i don't trust, but I would have liked to be able to trust José, but actually, he made me uncomfortable all because I asked him a question. I dont want to cause trouble for José , but I feel that it is important to bring awareness to this issue. Once you're in the business of customer service, you have to be able to roll with the punches because it's your job to build trust and make people feel safe. I'm a known customer with Ezpawn, from Denver, Colorado, to Las Vegas, Nevada. I will continue to purchase jewelry at Ezpawn. They have the best jewelry. ? Thank you,Iyauna Dearing ?

Just went in to buy some tools stood there at the locked case for 15 minutes line out the door of people trying to pawn things for money I guess that was more important than making a sale... Definitely ain't coming back if it's always shoulder to shoulder and they're going to prioritize sellers over buyers.

This EZ Pawn is the best place to take your items to pawn. The staff is always friendly and professional. Cameron is one of the supervisor’s who is exceptional at his job. I always enjoy our interactions. Chis the store manager is always will to help with a smile. These employees are the best.

It was a journey to get here, but I finally found a phone I liked at this EZ Pawn on Rancho and Washington. This was the 3rd EZ Pawn I visited today and Bridget was very helpful in helping me pick out a phone I really needed.
