The owner tried to sell me a pack of OCB cones for 8 dollars. I told him that is way too high and I went right across the street to On The Run Smokeshop, who sold the same pack of cones to me for $2.49The owner is an an absolute idiot and this business is just taking as much of your money as they can, they don't care about customer experience. Nobody tries to charge 3x the retail price and does good businessGo see Jay at On the Run Smoke shop, don't give them your business here..

They charge literally double for a box of hookah coal than other smoke shops. Go here if you want to be ripped off. Also, there were 3 people behind the counter, and one of them doesn't know how to talk to or anticipate anything. Very unprofessional. I asked how much is the coal, and he didn't know. So clearly, the next step is to get another more knowledgeable staff to tend to me, but he just stands there in his flip flops, leaving me hanging. Very unprofessional. Why am I paying double so that unprofessional people like this can profit?
