A top notch experience. Manuel was excellent. I told him my situation with these pair of glasses that were only going to be used as emergency backup to my contacts. He explained every option available without being a pushy salesman. He was very knowledgeable. And they were able to use frames that I purchased elsewhere. To top off all of that, I arrived after work on Friday, made my purchase and my glasses were ready Saturday @2pm. Awesome. Everywhere else I called said 2-3 weeks!!

Glenda could not answer my question if she can assist with lenses being placed with my frames, she didn’t seem knowledgeable. It was a simple question, this location used to be very impeccable and professional, not sure how it went down hill. I ended up going to a different merchant that was able to help with my request with adjustments of my frames.

The employees are absolutely wonderful!! . every time we walk in they say hi how are you, & you just get a warm feeling they truly want to help you. And they do !! they have been great to us and we will definitely be going back for as long as they’re in business .They’re there to help ,and they’re great at their jobs. I just want to say thank you to everybody who works there and Red Rock Eye Care as well.

While traveling out of state my prescription glasses came apart. They amazing people helped me in my time of need and fixed my glasses better than they were before they broke. Highly recommend this place.
