horrible , dirty , unclean grab and go breakfast literally coffee a muffin or granola bar. room was dirty and gross never againRooms: they were not too clean i was grossed out by the hair and dirty blankets and mad that they charge a fee to exchange them cause i was not staying 5 or more days the bathroom was loud and all night it sounded like someone was running in my room

if i could give less i would. the beds had hair from prior guests. the floors were dirty and hadcandy wrappers under bed. the counters looked like they were not cleaned all the way thru just a quick wipe on the edges, the shower leaked and the fan was so loud. the breakfast to go was literally a muffin and coffee. i do not recomment the place at all.

I booked a room for an extended stay. I decided to extend for a few more days because of my work. I explained to the people at the front desk the day before that I would be extending. Apparently there was miscommunication regarding my stay, and when I arrived from work the employee , Diane was yelling at me and my wife in the front of our children. I ask her if she could not do that outside where everyone could hear and she told me that I was trespassing on the property. I explained to her that I booked my next day online and tried to show it to her, she refused to acknowledge it, and told me to get out of HER hotel. I rebooked another stay for my work for another reservation a week later for 60 days and when I called to confirm my reservation, I was told by the lady at the front desk that my reservation had been canceled by Diane. I Expressed my discontentment that someone would cancel my reservation without my authorization or my knowledge so I complained to guest relations, unfortunately Diane works at the Valley-view location. She is very unprofessional. I am just thankful that I called ahead of time to check on my reservation because otherwise I never would have known that she canceled it two hours after I made the reservation. I made my reservation through the online booking. Diane, (She) harbors personal grudges against customers. She said she is a MANAGER but acts unprofessionally. She CANCELED my reservation 2HOURS AFTER I BOOKED IT! ( PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR RESERVATION IF YOU STAY AT THIS LOCATION

Service was fine except no one is working the desk after 11pm. The room was disgusting. The bathroom had not been cleaned well, the tub was dirty, the toilet didn't flush right, the lights either didn't work or were really finicky. The chairs they provide were sticky and disgusting. Cannot recommend at all unless you're okay staying in filth. The linens were FINE but the beds were very uncomfortable. Avoid.Update: after reading the response from management I would like to state that their front lobby is close at 11pm with an emergency number to call. There is no one working the lobby from 11pm to 6am and having to call a number is unacceptable if there's a real problem. "24/7" is a loose definition when you have to call someone for service readily offered at other hotel/motels

This place is disgusting from the staff to the rooms to the parking lot. The rooms are filthy if you’re staying for the week bring your own cleaning supplies an roach spray . They have one security officer but that means nothing people are doing coke in the elevators an hanging out of their cars doing meth while screaming at an harassing women. The stay is horrible Terry (GM) is the most disrespectful person I’ve ever met how she got the job is beyond me she has no hospitality manners or professionalism about herself. She more then likely the person responding to the reviews the fact she won’t take the criticism and apply it to her self is crazy. The rest of the staff isn’t any better I say take your money elsewhere!Rooms: DisgustingSafety: Be wary and watch your back at all times.

I have never ever been to a hotel room that was this filthy. I needed a place to stay with my son and my Yorkie for a week. I could not get past the squalor and checked out the next day. The staff on the one hand was great and when the phone in the room did not work they immediately replaced it. Otherwise, I really recommend they either renovate the rooms or have a sanitizing company come and sanitize the rooms.

I had issues getting into my room. There is a special way according to the front desk. The smoke detector battery was replace after I had called the front desk still beeped again. I had issues with the remote, not working at all not for that television. I had gone to the front desk to ask for another room multiple issues with also, the lights in the bathroom having to reset the GFI. They were not able to accommodate me because I am handicap and can’t walk a flight of stairs and I was still put on the second room after requesting to be on the first floor, something about the computer generates what room I’m supposed to stay in. this was 4 o’clock in the afternoon I was checking in so I figured I’d be able to get a better room. I did receive a $50 discount off my room but for all the hassle that I had to do within the first 30 minutes of being in the room was not worth it. I will not stay at this location. I do like extended stay America locations room 2705 was just horrible to stay in.

Here on a business trip, showed up last night like 2 or 3 minutes after the front desk was supposed to lock up and im so freaking grateful the staff here is extremely nice and helpful!!! Morning and night staff - everyone is so kind. This is my first NV (let alone Vegas) trip and I just feel like i got so lucky. Room is very obviously clean, which was a concern given some of the more recent reviews. The place is pet friendly so there is some barking, nothing ridiculously annoying or anything - I got to bring my own dog and the rooms are a very good size!Rooms: The rooms are very nicely sized and very cleanNearby activities: Very close to The Strip.Safety: Security on site, location feels safe.

The rooms are ok for price. They have good space and are clean. Bed was comfortable.The location is ok, is close to the strip but the area is a little sketchy. I wouldn’t walk around, we went to the Walgreens half a block away and there were homeless asking for money and stuff.The service was great for check in on Saturday morning BUT on check out Sunday morning the woman denied the luggage storage saying she didn’t have space. We literally traveled only with personal items so we only needed storage for two back SMALL backpacks. There was space, we saw it. So never been at a hotel that doesn’t want to provide luggage storage, specially when it’s available. I guess you get what you pay for?

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Horrible first impression and unfortunately I’m stuck here for 2 weeks. This place is so dirty. The floors are disgusting. The bath tub is a hot mess. The sheets and pillow cases are dirty. I tried to get kitchen supplies and they told me that they didn’t have any and didn’t know when more would be available. They couldn’t even give me a fork so I could eat my noodles. The whole reason I chose staying at an extended stay was to save some money by not having to buy every single meal and already on my first day, I have to spend extra money on food, and who knows when I’ll get any kitchen supplies. Also, the room stinks. Especially the bathroom. Thank God I keep a bottle of Febreze in my car.This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY hotel. The only positive thing I can say is that the front desk employees were very friendly.

My dog and I were attacked by another dog double the size of mine whom was unleashed right on the side of the main office. Assuming the other dog was also a guest there just as I was. STATE LAW IN PUBLIC COMMON AREAS DOGS MUST BE LEASHED. When called the front desk (TERRY) gave a horrible attitude based on her personal private feelings her attitude towards anything asked or brought to her attention is horrible not manager quality at all. I asked her nicely to inform all other guest with dogs to please make sure they are leashed due to state law just as my pup is on leash in the event of describing the vicious animal a word was used to describe to rapid animal terry then hung up in my face I proceeded to go to office when asked if she was whom I spoke to so I can ensure her I have no problem with her she tells me I need to pack my things and leave….she called the lvmpd on me and then proceeded to place on do not rent list…..NO ONE NOT THE STAFF NOR THE POLICE ASKED IF WE WERE OK OR ANYTHING BUT FELT THREATENED BY A MINI SCHNAUZER AND HIS OWNER AFTER THEY WERE ATTACKED BY S DOG TWICE THE SIZE AND THE OWNER COULDNT GET IN CONTROL VERBATIM SAID “I don’t know why he’s acting like this” if it wasn’t for a good samaritan kicking rapid dog in face my pup would have had chunks taken out of him I feel I was discriminated against and handle disrespectfully specially because terry had an attitude about me feeling she gave wrong Information day before and me making sure that it was correct she failed to inform me my card was charged but angry I asked another employee for further information. Terry response to everything is “ I already told you” that is not how you handle guest or people in general.. this location is absolutely the worst I have stayed at ever stayed here before and terry was not working here during that stay otherwise I would not have returned GOT TOLD HIGHER UP WOULD CONTACT AND STILL NO RESPONSE WHICH IS WHY THE REVIEW IS NOW BEING WRITTEN

So, I made reservations for ONE NIGHT. Went to check in & the front desk woman (didn't get her name, large middle age black woman) was less than friendly. My reservation was 1 night - total w taxes $152.My son and I are waiting for our place to be ready so we're hoteling it, but refuse to pay $300+ a night on a Saturday, so we went here.So, I'm trying to check in, she asks 1 person, I say no 2, she needs to scan his ID (luckily I was trying to check in BEFORE he went to work) so ran & got it, come back & she says oh, you're local. Yes we are. Thats an ADDITIONAL $100..excuse me! Yes. Anyone w nevada ID is charged AN ADDITIONAL $100. ?? She continues, no pets? No. 1 dog. That's an additional $28or $30 a day (cant remember which among) I say. Your website says NOTHING ABOUT ADDITIONAL fees. Every other place that charge pet fees literally say "fees may apply" NOTHING on their site says this.. so then, she gives me the total.. For 1 night.. In an off strip, less than 2 star off brand motel - $296 ???. I started laughing and said for this dump? I turned and walked out saying cancel my reservation..Just BEWARE, THEY HATE NEVADANS & PENALIZE YOU if you are one.Plus, charging additional fees THAT ARE NOT DISCLOSED ON THEIR WEBSITE is DECEPTIVE PRACTICES.BEWARE!!

Great location but horrible and rude staff - especially *Terry* who I witnessed treat a disabled veteran with obvious medical issues like dirt and a complete lack of respect. She Violated ADA regulations regarding a service dog in front of a lobby full of guests & opened up her employer for a law suit. Absolutely horriblecustomer service for the high cost of staying there!

This place was horrible! The rooms were dirty and had so much air freshener sprayed in there I could hardly breath at first..We had a roach crawl on the bed and one of our outfits that was hanging up, there was no toilet paper I had to go to front desk to get some, sheets were dirty all the staff is on drugs and they weren't very accommodating... The lady in the morning was nice.. Over all it was horrible! Spend a little more money and go somewhere else.. We stayed there from 4-6-23 to 4-8-23Rooms: Dirty, nasty, roach infested
