Maggie is amazing in this store! Also express clothing holds up well and their credit card has phenomenal perks. This location is always well cleaned, and all the clothes are organized. Oh and love how the express app truly knows if something is in stock! 10/10!

I always have a good experience in this store whether I’m buying or returning. The lady associate working on the weekdays is nice. She is either Asian or Mexican but she always makes my shopping experience great.One Sunday afternoon I went to the store and decided to return a dress I bought online.However, this associate (never met her before) said I can’t return it because the price tag is off. Yes- the tag is removed but the item is unworn, unwashed, the “do not remove this tag” is still attached and I have the online receipt. So disappointed.

Beware they close earlier than the stated time. It's happened on numerous occasions, and the employees even ignore the phones when you try to contact them!

Had a terrible experience returning an item. The "manager" of this store was rude, dishonest and made things very difficult for no reason. I brough in a suit jacket to return and she pulls the tag off in front of me acts shifty then goes in the back saying "I'll be right back I have to check something". She comes back and says we can't do the return but the tag is off. She then tells me to try the return at another express trying to get me out of the store because of her either mistake or malice. I tell her that she pulled the tag and ask how will I return it. She doesn't give me a straight answer. I calmy tell her that I saw her remove the tag and request to see security footage since the camera is pointed at the register. She refuses and starts getting even more upset and accuses me of lying even though I'm extremely calm. I told her let me see the footage then and can't maintain eye contact while doing it. I called corporate and they told me to leave the items at the store and they'll refund my from their end. I have no idea why she acted this way but be careful at this store. Make sure you take pictures/video of your tags before bringing items in to return. If they give you difficulty call the customer service number and they'll refund you from their end. You're at the mercy of the discretion of this "manager" I didn't get her name but she's heavy set with long curly black hair and hispanic.

Very bad customer service. Not once was I acknowledged in the 1 hour I spent shopping. Was given dirty looks when I would pull clothes from the rack and employee would immediately come behind me to "fix" the clothing, mind you I was very careful not to disorganize items as I visited the location one hour before closing time. Also they failed to honor my A list discount because a Labor Day Sale was going on. I have never had this issue in the 13 years of being a credit card holder and member. Came on September 1, 2023 at 8:00pm if any customer service rep cares to follow up with the store.

the worker samantha with the purple hair was really kind and easy to approach. she stopped what she was doing to help me and picked a beautiful outfit for a wedding i had to attend. i will definitely be back and asking for her help again

Usually, I have good experiences at this location but not at my most recent visit. I walked in and was rudely stared at by an employee named Nikole. I wandered around for the store for about 20 minutes waiting for an employee to ask if I needed help but nobody came. Instead Nikole spent her time on her phone and pretending to fold clothes . When I came to check out, I was waiting in line for minutes even though no one else was in front of me. I wish I could say I had a good experience here because I usually do, but will no longer be going to this location and will be taking my business to the Fashion Show Mall Express.

Came in and was offered no assistance. I finally went and found someone to check for a particular size for me after about 30 minutes of looking, and trying to find the right combination of sizes for a suit. She said they didn't have that size in a particular color and then disappeared back to the women's side of the store. Worst experience I've ever had at Express, I own at least 10 suits from there and have been shopping there for years. The store was dead, middle of the day on a Thursday and still got terrible service. I left and went to Dillard's to purchase a suit instead.

This is my go to for clothes. I always ask for the fashionista 'Tia' because her style is always on point for what the occasion is and she's super friendly and obviously has an eye for fashion based on her own wardrobe.

Came here to find a fancy winter coat for a special holiday event end of November. As soon as I walked in I was amazed at the beautiful selection of clothes everywhere. I was also pleasantly surprised that I was greeted so quickly which is always nice. I tried on several winter coats but they were a bit too big for my petite frame but still browsed the sale section for a fancy top and found plenty!I tried on a few items and found 2 fancy blouses for evening events I'll be attending soon. As I checked out at the register I had no idea that they were on sale-- actually more like clearance prices. Each blouse was $15! Wow! And I also had a $5 coupon, then gave $1 to their charity and still paid $31 with taxes. You really can't go wrong with this kind of deal! I'm blown away by these prices and also the wonderful service Express provided me today. Thanks Express for making it a great shopping experience for me! It's a 2 thumbs way up for Express!

I typically shop at Express for work clothes, suits, and jeans. Express has some of the best suits that I've purchased and jeans as well! I had to stop by Express over the weekend, on a Saturday, to buy some last minute jeans for a trip out to Boston. This Express location is in Downtown Summerlin. It's right next to the Macys. As we walked into Express, no one greeted us or helped us. After looking through several of their jeans, I noticed their sizes were relatively limited. We did however, find a few pairs to try in their fitting rooms. After looking around for about 5 minutes, I found a team member to help me unlock one of the fitting room doors. This express location has started to stock their winter inventory. There was a really nice winter jacket that I was interested in, but after looking at the price tag, $328.00, I decided not to get it. Overall, I think I'll stick with online shopping at Express and go to this store for only returns in the future.

Customer service is ok. Was there for about 30 mins shopping and never asked if i needed help, though many other customers were. Not sure what that was about....mens selection is limited and not very orderly.
