This shop had a very basic repair to do on my bumper and messed it up. The first time they said they were "done" I got it back and my bumper was pink. It's a candy red car. Took it back and they complained "oh we have to take the bumper off and do much more work to fix it right". I expected right the FIRST TIME!
2nd time I got it back, they didn't connect the tail lights so I got a ticket for driving at night. Turns out the tail fuse was missing, half the body clips are missing, tail lights were not even plugged in, the trunk lid liner is gone.
Seems like very basic stuff. If they can't do these things right. Why would anyone expect them to do a real repair. Charged my insurance twice for the same repair they screwed up, the first time being the wrong color and the 2nd repair not even connecting things. Guess they stole my clips and trunk liner. Called geico to complain. Hopefully, they don't get used anymore. Total trash!

I picked this place because it was a referred place for Geico. They did a bad job in the beginning which I told them when I got the car back. The office manager told me she would call me back. She Didn't call me back I called and I would get the run around 3 months later I got Geico involved since they were recommended by them , I explained that the job was not satisfactory. And the fender did not align properly, I got a phone call saying to go back on a Tuesday and when I showed up the office manager wasn't there and nobody knew what I was there for, so they wasted my time then finally they realized they'd messed up and replaced the fender. for the record being condescending towards your customers and telling them you can't re-engineer car is not very professional and definitely not what I expect for customer service. I hope they get someone else that's more professional.

The only HONEST, RELIABLE, and QUICK AUTO BODY REPAIR shop I have been to in Las Vegas. Quality work Great Customer Service Communicative Fair Pricing Quick Service I've been here twice for unforeseen auto body damage. Hopefully I wouldn't need them again but I would go here IF I do and I would HIGHLY recommend this auto body shop to ANYONE looking!! This place deserves the beyond 5 yelp let's you provide..... I give them 10 and I am a tough critic

Excellent establishment, know what they are talking and doing. Took my Canyon there when it was hit by a Tesla. It took a month to get her back, but it was due to unexpected supply and shipping problems on the other end (it happens, so I didn't sweat it). When I got her back she was like brand new, and Lucas said to come back if there are any problems. Lucas and his crew kick @$$ and would definitely come back to them. Wow I am blown away. Lucas, Tommy, and their team did an AMAZING job on my 2021 Tucson. I was in an accident and the entire front of my car was a mess. I just picked it up and my car looks just like the day I took it off the dealer lot. 20/10 as far as making it look brand new and for their amazing customer service. If I ever need body work done again, I will only come here. Thank you!
