I would give them 10 stars if I could. I received 5 quotes from various companies and Expert Flooring was the most reasonable. They sent in a team of 3 -- Jeff, Jerry and Juan. These guys were friendly and efficient. I absolutely love the result. I'll recommend them to my friends for sure.

I always wait before doing a review, had the installation June 07, 2024.
Everything went great from the ordering with Keisha to the installation with Ron, his crews did our whole house in one day.
I would always recommend this company.

The team of Jeff, Jerry & Juan from Expert Flooring Solutions were unbelievable & exceptional in installing my luxury vinyl flooring last month. They arrived on time or would call to let me know if they were going to be late. They were very careful making sure all my furniture & personal items were safe from damage & respectful & courteous to me. Ron, my sales rep, & Tom, the owner, both showed up to show their support for the team. I would not hesitate to use Expert & this team over & over again!

Working with Ron was great. We went to the showroom to check out cat-friendly carpet for our stairway. He was really clear about his recommendations and let us take several samples home for us to test. We loved one of them and he came by just a couple days later to do the measurements and take back the samples. The installation crew (they contracted this out to) were on time for their appointment the following week and did a stellar job. We highly recommend Expert Flooring Solutions.

So we had a scheduled appointment for today, Monday, between 3pm and 5pm for someone to come and give us some ideas for a new kitchen floor. Finally, I called about 5 minutes ago and spoke with someone at Express Flooring. The individual stated that the representative was still busy and "we could probably fit you in tomorrow!" That is not the way to begin a relationship with a prospective customer. I would be very leery and certainly not trust this company for anyone to use Express Flooring. There are many other companies here in Las Vegas that at least notify the customer that the salesperson would be late. That did not happen with Express Flooring. I will be looking for a more trustworthy company.

I think it has been about 7 years now since they installed my carpeting. I had the stairs done, upstairs hallway and 3 bedrooms. I have had a few instances over the years where the carpet rippled a little. Called them and they came and stretched the carpet back to perfection, no charge. My carpet still looks brand new! It hasn't matted or worn down anywhere, not even in the high traffic areas. Throughly impressed with the product, helpfulness, service and professionalism of this company! A rare find in Las Vegas from my experience. I highly recommend them!

The entire process was made easy by the staff. From the sale to the installation, everything was smooth. We are very happy with the outcome and it was all done at very fair price. I have recommended them to multiple friends and when we are ready to do our kitchen floor, I know where to go!
