This is an amazing location, and now I come here every time I need to restock. There are always amazing sales/discounts anytime you go in, so you know you get your money's worth.A budtender there by the name John (who has colorful hair) in particular makes my experience always enjoyable, since I coincidentally seem to always run into him on days I stop by. His bright personality makes him easy to talk to and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to recommendations and the intricacies between each strain.Overall, an amazing store that provides consistently excellent service!

Went to pick up my order yesterday and they were having an issue fulfilling orders so I waited about a half hour without getting my product. I spoke to Careen about my experience, she went above and beyond to fix the issue and take care of me as a customer. Very pleased with the staff here. Thank you careen! Keep crushing it.

I have been coming here for about 3 years and the staff has been amazing since day 1. Today I grabbed the wrong cart which I didn't have a battery for; when I came in the staff took care of me and hooked it up with a battery! Great customer service and great people doing a great job thanks for being awesome Janae!

Rise has an amazing variety, as always, and the most helpful staff. Yesterday was the first time I had the pleasure of being helped by Adriana. She was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. It speaks highly of the company that they consistently employ amazing staff that is knowledgable and love what they do. I would recommend this dispensary to anyone.

Melanie, Jordan, Josh were all great in helping me find the right edibles with ingredients I could consume. This is no easy task as Citric Acid and Dark Chocolate I have to avoid. They also helped me with understanding various terms like CBN, CBG. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful crew. I will be back because of their service and recommend them to others.
