Man, if I could give 10 stars I would. Espresso World is amazing. Paul is just amazing and knows his craft like the back of his hand. He helped not just with installing machines for our new location, but giving suggestions on equipment and making sure you get the best stuff for your budget. He also came out and taught me and my daughter the best way to use our grinder and machine. I learned more in 30 minutes with Paul than I EVER have with any other company. I can't express enough that if you are thinking of getting an Espresso machine, this is the place to buy it and learn more about your machines. Espresso World went above and beyond my expectations.

I got my espresso machine and get all my espresso capsules from Paul. Very friendly guy and excellent espresso. The Lavazza Intenso and Carraro Puro Arabic are my favorites!
