we bought insurance from this office. After buying from them, the rate increased and they were not able to help with that. After agreeing with this new amount, which was almost $400 higher, they neglected my emails; forgot to send my signatures to State Farm and it resulted in a $1000 fine. The best decision I made was canceling my insurance with State Farm and this agency. The staff were unhelpful and not responsive after all I experienced.

It is so great to be interning at a small business and getting to learn about insurance, but also how to communicate with clients. It has been a great internship and a great summer. Insurance has always been hard to shop for and with this rates Ive had no choice but to shop around I came across this office and It's been such an easy and fast set up Ivan was very helpful and patient on explaining everything about my policy

Excellent and thorough. Only takes Money Orders. I make sure they stamp the copy of my M.O. and they'll ask if I would like a receipt, I have my Agent, make a copy, sign it, date it. Perhaps a lot to ask, although it prevents confusion. Like in football, drop the red flag ? for a Challenge.I pay for, Rental Insurance. db

I have been with Eric James State Farm Insurance for 15 years and never has Eric ever let me down. The staff is so nice and friendly. Plus their office always decorated so festively and they occasionally give out gifts. Very happy that I am insured at this agency, Highly recommended!!!
