I was in desperate need of a vehicle and they rented me one right away. It is a first come, first serve basis, so you get what you get. They do cash for sure or cashapp which I had no issue using and when I returned the car I got my $200 deposit right away. The car we got was good to get us around and it needed a bit of a maintenance check but otherwise it was ok. I did have to clean it out a bit more which didn’t take me long and it would be great that everyone else would follow the rules like no smoking of whatever kind but people can be very inconsiderate to others. So, no complaining here because Epik helped me out when everyone else was truly over charging me or declining me even when they were claiming to do the same as Epik. Thank you so much for making our trip a good one.

I originally wrote this company an amazing review because I was able to get a rental fast and unexpectedly but I have to come back to readjust. I received a van which was FILTHY (I didn’t complain because I was in a pinch). I asked the woman at the counter for my TOTAL from Friday-Sunday night when I would be back in town. It was $636 with a $300 deposit and my deposit would be returned via CASHAPP. Today I get a refund for $184 for deposit and the owner is telling me it’s a late fee. Never once did the woman mention any late fees. We had a verbal agreement that I would be bringing it back at NIGHT and he is still trying to keep my money. These people are liars and shady. He insulted me and tried to belittle me as a woman because I wasn’t afraid of his macho man act. NEVER rent here

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Total slum lords for vehicles. I get there and was quoted an entirely different price than what I was told on the phone. Red flag #1, red flag #2 is apparently they accept cash app payments and/or ask for it for payment which is weird because what reputable company is asking for cash app? With all the scams running around with that. Finally we get to the part before signing and I asked the lady to come outside with me to check the car out. Exact photos will be uploaded below. The car was a damn lemon. The right front tire was about to blow out. So I asked her to fix that cause she was surely about to rent it to me like that. The inside was filthy. Busted up. Disgusting. For $316…I immediately asked for my money back that I sent via cash app being that I didn’t sign the paper work. I was livid. This place needs to be shut down. Who in the hell rents out dirty, unreliable, busted and disgusting cars like this? This ghetto place!!!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! The car smelled like cigarettes and felt so unsafe and broke down the next day. We were stranded outside of Vegas. If I could give them negative stars I would. It's such a sketchy place.
