I was able to make a reservation. 10 mins later went to pick up the car. Arrived was told they didn't have any vehicles available. No problem except for it meant I would have to walk about 40 mins home. Then demanded PII info over the phone just to move my reservation to another store. Why do you need PII over the phone that you already have when you have to verify the person when they pick up at the store. There's better ways to verify someone over the phone. I'm not mad just disappointed with the company. I hoped you were better than that.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I came to this location when my car was stolen from me. I had an insurance reservation that required a hold from a debit or credit card. I mistakenly gave a netspend card and it was declined of course. I came back with my business bank card and the General Manager lied to me told me my business debit card was prepaid. She was rude and doesn’t deserve to be apart your company. I was a employee at Enterprise years ago. I never would have treated someone how she treated me just because she seen my netspend card first she refused to help me, people like this should be fired! I work hard! I work for one of the biggest companies in the world I book for millionaires and tell my clients to book Enterprise over anybody but NO MORE! And I went to a different enterprise down the road and rented a vehicle with the same business debit card with no issues within five minutes. This General Manager should be ashamed giving people a hard time who work hard and who have things taken from them.

I just left there assistant manager Xavier Williams was horrible. I have been to Enterprise before at other locations the took my debit card/ ccnever had an issue, yet this Xavier had me jump hoops to get 2 bills i had to go get 2 bills came back with them, yet this Xavier very rude, Doesn't possess customer service or the ability to solve problems. I was asked to have two bills They were brought in yet, because they were not up-to-date. He refused to rent a car to me. Yet I showed him my bill that I received online update one for this month, still refused and laughed. He was very condescending not professional in front other people. I felt humiliated yet, he laughed through out the whole time. I think he is not competent and his character demonstrates that he is definitely doesn't naturally possess professionalism in solving isssues that arise, i would never trust him handling anything of my personal information. his actions are not trustworthy because of his character, if I were his branch manager not not hire him I would not trust him to be a manager

Horrible service from front desk. I had an appointment scheduled for 5pm today I called to see if I could come a few minutes later, lady stated I had to be there before 5 pm I told her my appointment was for 5 pm so I could not get there before 5. I get here at 5pm and lady states she could not help me any more and closed the door. Just for your reference it is only 5:07pm right now that I am writing the most unfortunate experience I had with this employee while I wait for my Uber when my appointment was at 5pm.

These people went a way above the normal service! It was hard to find a rent a car anywhere in town and they managed to find me one by making phone calls (the computer said none were available) and gave me a free upgrade. Kudos to the office at the Westin and the office on East Sunset.
