Well I sent my ~10 year old Prodeco battery into ebike Marketplace for a rebuild, and they had it back to me in less than 10 days. They rebuilt to 36V, and it was supposed to be 48V. The company paid to have the battery sent back and they did the job correctly. Mistakes happen, but they made it right.
